DXL Big + Tall

This store is always clean the staff is so sweet and friendly. Only wish everything wasn't so expensive but that's not surprising since is for larger men. Love it overall!

I found a long Forgotton gift card for casual male Big & Tall. I took it in to DXL Manero in the North Hills Village Mall to spend it upon entering the store I was greeted by young lady name, Timmie Brown, who I found out was the store manager. She greeted me with the kindest smile I’ve ever seen and I explained my situation. She checked the card and it did have a large amount of money on it still. When I explained that I was getting over a severely broken ankle and surgery, and could she direct me to the items I wanted to buy. She was very gracious and thoughtful, and took me directly to them. I cannot stress enough how kind and thoughtful she was due to my injury. I most definitely will return to this store.

the service was excellent at the store. the gentleman who assisted went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. several months ago, i purchased two pairs of pants one a size 54 and the other size 52.i lost over thirty pounds since then. i was unsure if i would be stuck with the size 54 but he was able to exchange those for another size 52. he was very understanding of my issue, thank you for your great staff

I love this company but KNOW the staff at this location is THE BEST!! Every time I walk into that store, they are always so helpful and greet me as I come through the door. They are always there to help me with questions and grab different sizes and do whatever it is that I am needing, at that time. Outstanding staff who are exceptionally knowledgeable about products, proper fit, and color combinations. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, and the confidence I feel now is worth it.

Had to return a suit jacket purchased in line as it didn’t fit right. The employee measured my husband and we purchased a black suit coat-that fit PERFECT for our daughters wedding!!

Every year i get one or two $20 coupons to spend as i please. It's about 10% return on purchases made. Great placed for big guys to buy clothes. Great quality on sizes that fit.

If you are big or tall or both and don't have even a modicum of fashion sense, then you shop here. Helpful, honest. Can be pricey, but that extra few inches of cloth is worth it to keep your shirt from coming untucked.

Staff here very helpful and if they don't have something in stock they'll order it free shipping to store for you. A bit pricier than some clothing stores but worth it.
