Steve, the store manager, took care of us when we came in to buy new phones. He was kind, helped us find the best deal and made sure we knew about all of the available promotions, but wasn't pushy about them in the least. We had a great experience and will be back!

This is a wonderful store. The manager and sales person were very friendly and professional. Laken was so helpful, caring and easy to talk too. She helped us buy and set up a new iPhone and Apple Watch for my wife. She made it so easy for us and we were done in no time. I’d highly recommend this store. 10/10

Dom was awesome customer service. Gave us our price. Told us to go ahead look at others and if interested come back. Well obviously we came back.

My buddy and I walked into AT&T on McKnight Rd with a slew of problems. We lost our phones on a cruise - tried to get new accounts in Miami, they severely messed it up. We came to AT&T the next day, Matt and the staff worked tooth and nail to sort our situation out where everyone won in the scenario. We got our new phones and went well on our way. You can say whatever you want about AT&T vs Verizon vs T-Mobile but one fact is you will not find more entertaining and more helpful people anywhere other than AT&T.

The associate Dom was so helpful and knowledgeable. I got my first iPhone and he made my transition seamless. Excellent customer service!

Bryce was super nice and really helpful! Had to spend about an hour getting my phone transferred over, but he was great and made the process easy!

My experience with Charles at the McKnight road location was one of the best I’ve had in my years with AT&T. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, fun to talk to and made what can sometimes be a painstaking process very enjoyable. The entire staff for that matter was wonderful. Highly recommended this location for your next trip to the store!

I REALLY didn’t want to get a new phone but it was time to upgrade from my beloved iPhone 10 to a 14.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Charles… and WOW, he is the man! He really hooked me up with an affordable plan, new phone, and a deal on accessories! He was super friendly, outgoing, and made my experience effortless! I was in the store, had my phone merged, and out the door, all under 35 minutes!

He is genuinely a true asset to your company AT&T!

Thank you to the kind gentlemen that helped my mom on Thursday, March 31st. I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but she told me you have cool dreads! She had been using my dad’s phone since he passed away in January 2020. The battery was starting to overheat and it was time for a new phone. She wanted to pay upfront for a new phone, but was advised that financing is the only option provided directly through at&t but if she went to Best Buy to purchase a phone and returned you would transfer her phone over. Thank you for spending over two hours with her (you have the patience of a saint this woman does not understand technology!) And thank you especially for setting her wallpaper to a photo of her and my dad. Your kindness brought her to tears. You are an asset to the company! Will be writing to corporate as well.
