I went to Target on McKnight Road today. John was phenomenal in self checkout. He made a very frustrating experience, manageable. He was decked out for the holidays and extremely helpful! I wish all people had his work ethic and personality! John thank you so much for your help!

Honestly, I think it’s one of the best Targets I ever shopped in the Pittsburgh area. It is not crowded and not empty. Plenty of room to circulate and check out items. I have used the curbside pickup a few times and never had an issue. Staff is friendly and nice.

this is one of the best targets, no doubt!! Rylie is the best for customer service/returns! I will only go to this target now even though I am much closer to east liberty target. Thank you Rylie for being so delightful to talk to and having the best personality! You are the reason I look forward to walking into target and leaving just excited to come back :)

John was extremely helpful when I had a pricing issue at the self-service register during a very busy day at the Ross store. He was efficient, friendly and pleasant! My issue was resolved in a matter of seconds and he was off to help another customer. John is an asset!

The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and well lit. I like the products that Target carries and their good and gather products are really good!

Clean store, well stocked, always has the essentials we need at a fair price. Employees are friendly and helpful. Like that it has the integrated CVS. I always have a good time shopping here.

Target has no minimum for filling an on-line order. I was looking for an item among several stores, including target, at several local locations. This store had it, so I placed my order; under $10. They grabbed it off the shelf & held it until I could get there, three days later. Once inside, a staff member assisted me immediately aand went off to get my order. Five minutes later I was out the door.

I can almost always find what I need at Target for my every day needs. While there may be other nearby stores that can be a bit less expensive at times, I feel that the quality of Target's products is better than less expensive stores. Also, I feel that the team members at Target are more available and willing to assist guests than at other stores.

Always have my order ready and correct.

Wow, what a great order pickup experience. There was a line at customer service, as is expected at this time of year. But a nice woman came and asked if anyone was here for a pick up. I had my scannable code ready. She pointed her tool at it, went and got my two items, and I got an email instantly about the pickup. So smooth! Only possible improvement would be if someone had handed me a cup of cocoa to enjoy while they went to get my order. Merry Christmas!

Loved it they have cute items, huge selection, and a new grocery section with lots of options including cheap!

Target has a nice variety at reasonable prices. I generally don’t do reviews, but felt compelled on this occasion because of the extremely awesome checkout cashier. I had stopped after a long work day, and she was so friendly and engaging. She made me LAUGH - who could ask for more than that? I walked out thinking wow, Target still understands that I can buy this stuff anywhere - but the service is what keeps me coming back. Not only this cashier (wish I had paid attention to her name), but this whole staff...been coming to this location for years and never a bad experience. Hershel (not sure on spelling) and Leonard are two other amazing employees here - they are literally ALWAYS in a good mood!

The store is so clean and organized.

A wise person once told me that there are three things that make a business successful: good pricing, good service, good product selection. To do well a business must have two of these.
This target has amazing product selection and reasonable prices. The customer service is terrible at this store, but with a handle on the other two I have always figured they realize it doesn't matter.
Enjoy coming here to shop for nice things at good prices, just don't expect anyone to offer assistance.

They have super service, associates are always willing to help. Every time I come into the store, it's clean, hand sanitizer readily available, and overall just great place to shop. A major plus, you've got Star Bucks and Pizza Hut inside the store as well

Target has a nice selection of products and affordable prices. It's so convenient. You can get groceries to sporting equipment [& everything in between] all on one stop. No 'store hopping' (is that a real term? Lol) necessary!
