the gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. He seemed to go out of his way to do his job. I can't make it back to that UPS store because I no longer drive. But was very good to see my packages arrive as was told me. thank you

I used UPS Pack and Ship for an important event. I was able to simply drop off the items and the team professionally packed the items with care. The boxes arrived when anticipated and this was overall a great experience.

There are friendly and helpful people here! Kathleen and her staff went out of their way for me on very short notice, so that I could have a product delivered in time for a project that depended on it. I am from out of state so I was really at their mercy, and even though she was admittedly short staffed, Kathleen drove across town, picked up merchandise from a very specific store, and then made sure it would arrive on time. What service!! Thank you!!

Have utilized the UPS store on Carson Ave. numerous times and have never encountered any problems. The staff has been helpful, and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction.

From shipping to shredding, the service is reliably good , helpful, friendly and professional at this UPS location.

Great store. I've used it a lot and service is always fast. I've rarely been in there more than 2 minutes to take care of my shipping needs. The location is great also. Plenty of parking.

Jay, the customer service rep at the McKnight Road Store (15237) just made my day with his courteous and efficient manner, and just taking that extra moment to say that he appreciates my patronage.

Friendly ownership. Despite being very busy, they found time to give our child the key to a PO box with lollipops. The kid had a blast with the quest to find the box and unlock it. Made our day. The lady in the fingerprinting department was also super nice and helpful.

Ownership is very competent and the line always moves quickly. Also they customized a shipping box for me that was perfect. Cut down my package and made it much more secure. Great experience. Be prepared for some rude patrons tho.
