I became very frustrated with how often I was cut off during what should have been a short, pleasant conversation. While I finally received the information I was seeking, I recommend for the employees to listen to the person they are speaking with to get a full scope of what they need.

Economy has been fully reopened.. 82%+ vaccination rate.. COVID cases have been in the single digits for weeks..

Yet when you call State offices like this one no one answers the phone and then you leave a message in a general mailbox. No one calls you back.. for days! All you hear is a message that in order to protect all Vermonters everyone is working at home. As a tax payer this is beyond absurd. Think about it.. what other entity beyond government pulls this nonsense? These people are just sitting at home and we are paying them for it.

Unable to change the town of my legal residence. Can't go there because "to protect the health of all Vermonters" the offices are closed state wide.
When you call, nobody answers the phone.
Suddenly there is an absentee ballot request...that I did not make? What the heck is going on here SoS?!?

Cant reach anyone, no one calls back. Even 36 hours later. Great.
