Ksherpa Dinner House

I was there for picking up a large Doordash order and they were super busy. The staff was very kind to me and offered a free soda while I waited. Food smelled great! I will be coming back for dinner here on my next date night with my wife!

We sought out Indian food and stopped by because the first place we found had not opened yet. So glad. Easily, hands down the best naan bread I have ever tasted! All of the food was flavorful and delicious. The portions were liberal, allowing us to take good home for dinner. Service was prompt, dining room was clean and spacious. Would absolutely visit again. Highly recommend!

We dined in and it was a wonderful experience. The service was splendid, they checked in at perfect times and the meals came out not too fast but not too slow. The owner is passionate and clearly enjoys sharing his culinary expertise with others! Will be going again.

My to-go bag ripped and spilled all over the sidewalk :( I came back to explain the situation and without hesitation they prepared me a fresh biryani. It meant so much to me! Not to mention their food is exceptional, always fresh and expertly prepared. I’m so grateful for this option in our town!

I have been here several times, and each time it is an EXCELLENT experience! The food is authentic and the service is wonderful. Bikass—the owner—is very kind and friendly; and he always makes sure everyone is happy and has what they need. I’m so grateful to have this restaurant in our community!

The appetizers and dinner were delicious. Well seasoned. The naan was fluffy and fantastic. Service was good as well and food came out quickly after ordering.

I went here with my friend today and had the best garlic naan and chicken tikka masala i’ve ever had. We decided to try a new dessert for fun, and ended up loving it. Our server was very personable; making jokes and all of us having a good time. Very good service, food, and atmosphere!

Great Indian spot in Montpelier. Word to the wise. Order online or phone and add 20 minutes to your expected ready time. With their return from the floods, they're under staffed and over ordered. I walked a gauntlet tonight of angry and hungry people waiting for food. One person said to me good luck I've been here for 45 minutes. I waited another 5 and my food was ready, hot, and tasted wonderful. I could feel the fiery eyes as I took my food and walked out.

We ordered Cauliflower and potato ( aloo gobi) curry and plain Naan. The curry was very flavourful and delicious and the Naan was delicious too. I am from Nepal and I really enjoyed the food.

I see a 1 star review tonight. Its their first day open after reopening from flood. These people left their country to chase after the American Dream. I see someone saying Vermonter's are patient but theyre not. Most of them have never left their state nor run their own business. These guys left families overseas to try out bettering their lives. You will know patience when you can put yourself in an immigrants shoes and understand what they give up to make your food. 1st world problems Karens

Visiting a family, we found this restaurant on Google, we checked out the menu, pictures looks great and guess what the food was just as good as the pictures, I literally locked my fingers, incredible flavor, LOVEIT!!, service was great, didn't dine in, but when we got back to the hotel, we pigged out. A definitely a great place to order food from. The presentation was beautiful, and I'm not sure why anyone would give them 1 star, probably hating..

This place is the best Nepali food in and around Montpelier, I’d say including Burlington as well. If I could come here every day for the rest of my life - you know I absolutely would. No frills but prompt service, absolutely delicious food, great music and atmosphere. Eat here and support this great home style eats Nepali joint!

Take-out order of vegetarian dumplings, pork dumplings and vegetable fried rice. Delicious and good quantity. Quality excellent.

My new favorite restaurant in downtown Montpelier. Delicious Coconut Chicken Curry. Great portion sizes. Very reasonably priced-especially in over-priced Montpelier! Bright, comfortable environment. Professional waitstaff. Absolute best white rice! Perfectly cooked. I don't know what they know that my rice cooker doesn't, but my Instant Pot is holding his head down in shame. Can't wait to return. Best indian food in town.

We love Indian food and have tried a lot of different places. Ksherpa has been one of the best we've had! Flavors were delightful, not excess on anything, it was just right.
We started with the Veggie Pakora, it came with a homemade mint sauce that was absolutely delicious. Then we had the Chicken Vindaloo and the Butter Chicken also delicious.
Don't miss out on this place! Also the music, the vibe and service was just perfect. Thank you Ksherpa we had been having a rough day and you guys made it end great!

Ksherpa is probably my favorite restaurant in the state right now! I have eaten here at least twice a month since I discovered them last fall. I have tried pretty much everything on the vegetarian menu. Absolute favorite thing: Veggie Kathi Roll. The garlic naan, so good. Chana masala and Saag paneer are my favorite entrees. I've done take-out and eaten in, and the staff is super friendly and the service is fast!
