Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport / Robinson Mall

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Huge room, low price, kind and attentive staff, good breakfast, pet friendly, clean and warm pool, quiet nights, and tons of parking conveniently by entrance doors. Literally could not ask for a better accommodation. Definitely will stay here every time we come to Pittsburgh!

Amazing service! Room was great. Pool was nice as well. Breakfast had a good variety and was pretty good. Beds were comfy including the pull out... very suprised by that.
Everything was great. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were great. Worth every penny spent. Will definately be back.

Excellent service! Don was so helpful and kind. He allowed us to keep our car there in their parking lot for the duration of our upcoming trip and even paid for our Uber to and from the airport. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everyone is so friendly! It certainly makes travel a pleasure! Thank you Don for your remarkable service. You are AWESOME!

This hotel is a true hidden gem!! I say this both figuratively and literally. This hotel has a very private-like location in an very highly travelled area. Set back from the main highway which is major artery of travel and the bustling retail districts of Robinson, PA near the airport, this Hyatt Place hotel was very quiet and serene.

The hotel staff themselves were an extension of this peaceful and serene location. Our front desk/concierge Don was welcoming, professional and pleasant, and went out of his way to search the hotel for extra pillows fore my 8-month pregnant girlfriend. The morning front desk staff that I met the following morning were equally professional and pleasant, and showed a genuine appreciation for my praise regarding the hotel. Aside from the A staff, the hotel itself was very refreshing. There was obvious pride taken into the layout of the rooms, the quality materials selection, down to the boutique in-shower dispensable soap, shampoo and conditioner.

I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this Hyatt Place hotel as part of your travel plans or even as just a place to decompress, relax, enjoy the heated pool and expansive/delicious included breakfast (I had to drag my girlfriend away from thee Belgian waffle maker).

I should note that we had planned an overnight stay and within an hour of staying we were already discussing staying another night...which we certainly did!! Happy travels everyone!!

We stayed at this hotel during the Easter weekend. The rooms were studio style with everything we need but had a tight spaced bathroom which felt a little inconvenient to get in or out. The layout could have been planned better.

The hotel is at a very convenient location being almost right on highways and right across Robinson mall.

The hotel offered free breakfast with a wide variety of items that suits every age group and the items were of good quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here in future.

Great clean room. Breakfast was more than we expected. Pool is dayed but kids didnt mind. The exit up from the hotel had Chic Fil A, Texas Roadhouse, Chipotle and a shopping area! Not too far from downtown either. Would stay again!

One of my favorite hotels now! Staff were ALL amazing! Rooms are a great size. Only downfall was I thought it had microwaves in the rooms and there are not. There is one down where they do breakfast but it's not available during breakfast which ends at 10. Be nice to do it a little later on weekends. By the time I got everyone's food brought up to the room it was cold and couldn't warm it up.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, and they were accommodating to a last minute request. Lots of options at breakfast, and the pool was very relaxing. I left my bag here and the front desk was quick to help me locate my missing item :)

Excellent service, super clean and spacious rooms, and a great location! Michael was incredibly helpful over the past several months with setting up our room block for our wedding party and everything turned out wonderfully! I also got an adjoining room with one of my bridesmaids so we could have hair and makeup done between two rooms. Everything was excellent! There is also a complimentary breakfast, which was super nice for everyone to quickly get together the morning after the wedding!

I had an amazing experience stating at Hyatt Place. I got there on Christmas weekend during a snowstorm and had a hard time getting a ride to the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and reimbursed my Uber bill. The room was clean and bigger than Hyatt Regency (airport) with more amenities. I had booked HP by mistake as I was trying to book Regency. I was so impressed by the front desk staff and the room that I will be coming back to HP next time I fly to Pittsburgh. Shout out to front desk staff Miranda and Ryan.

After my airplane diverted here at 3am, they accommodated myself and 4 others with outstanding customer service. They even ordered a Lyft for all of us. Rooms were new, clean, and quiet. Highly recommend it.

We had such a good experience here! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We booked a 2 bed room, which felt more like a suite because there was a "living room" area away from the beds with a couch and the desk, plus a separate sink for making coffee and such.

There was free parking and free breakfast. The staff members were all helpful and polite. The pool felt a little out-dated, but my daughter really loved it anyway. :)

The hotel was far enough out from downtown of the city that we didn't feel lost getting to it, but close enough that we drove in each day of our stay quite easily. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

All in all, we had a great say and would not hesitate to go back!

My son and I traveled to Pittsburgh for a short vacation. I've been happy with the room and the breakfast offered several options.

One of a group. We all discovered that none of our house phones. We all loved our rooms and the beds were exceptional. We all agreed that we slept very well.

all i can say is wow. the room was absolutely beautiful. full couch, two beds, a big space in both the living room and bed area. it was so comfortable, a perfect place to stay a while. the desk people were so welcoming and kind as well. would absolutely stay here again!

My husband, toddler and I stay here when my husband is working. The facility is incredibly nice, clean, and kid friendly. Their indoor pool and elaborate hot breakfast were dually appreciated for traveling parents. Nalica and Xander were especially great! Thanks Nalica for being so kind to our toddler, too.

We came here as a family and highly recommended this hotel! Wonderful accommodations, comfy beds with spacious room for the whole family and kids loved the heated pool!

We got a huge room then another place even in the same brand. Here everything look super clean the complimentary breakfast was awesome staff is very nice. We accidentally met the house keeper she has a big smile sending to us thank you for your all hospitality please keep all the good service as it was.
