Had a bunch of copies to make and found this place was very useful. Becky especially was so helpful when I basically harassed her with questions again and again. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs fast printing.

The General Manager was a huge help today! She was very professional and patient with me, we created a letter from scratch and it turned out beautifully, will be back again for sure.

Associates and staff are AWESOME! I just had a really favorable experience when looking for a printer today. Frank, manager on premise, took the time to make sure that I got what I needed and did it with SUPERB customer service. In a day and time when kindness is NECESSARY yet not always seen and we are dealing with so many stressors, it’s wonderful to see that human decency and someone going above and beyond is wonderful! I am writing to endorse the fine job one of your associate, Ellen (forgotten her last name) did for me on June 13th 2020 at the Robinson branch.
I was at the store to see how best I can have a document and photo put together on a large print so I can put in a frame.
Being an African with a thick accent, I often have little challenges speaking the “American English” in my numerous engagements….lol.
However, Ellen took her time to listen to me and made sure she understood whatever I was trying to say.
She in turn did same, took her time to explain everything to me and worked on my documents and picture nicely.
The end result was just beautiful. Needless to say, she did a fantastic job on my document, simply everything.
I was really impressed and happy with the outcome and I told her she just made my day.
Having an associate or a personnel going the extra mile to put smiles on people’s faces during these challenging times we find ourselves in is such a beautiful thing, and that is what Ellen did to me, something I also try to do in my line of duty.
Ellen is kind, polite, and extremely professional at her job, one that moved me to make this known to higher authority. She will definitely win the store more clients with such an attitude.

Was just here about two or three days ago. I purchased a guillotine Lazer paper cutter. The customer service was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I left. The sales associate was extremely helpful as well as the cashier at the check out. I also loved the fact I can get card stock and chip board there or online. Lot's of colors to choose from.

Chris at Print services was great. Assisted me with printing and shipping efficiently and had me done and out the door in 10 minutes. Will be back for future print and ship needs.

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for a new office chair. I went to another store and I felt like I was at a used car lot. I came to this Staples and the staff let me just shop and provided some recommendations. It was great to shop without being pressured.

I brought in a large set of blueprints for E&S site work to have scanned and put onto a flash drive. There are 7 pages, and each page is roughly 3' × 2'. Not only are they able to scan these huge pages and convert them to a PDF file, they are able to get it done in under an hour, and it's really inexpensive. Plus, Steve was super friendly!

Very helpful staff. We went into the store to look at laptops. Their credit card machine was down it was close to close . we will be back tomorrow to purchase it.

Found everything we needed. Cashier made double sure we had the correct ink for our printer. Which i thought was taking his job a step further then he had to. Good job

Needed ultra fine sharpies. There was a wide range of selection. Staff was friendly. Disabled parking was great. Nice office store.
