SEPHORA at Kohl's Robinson Township

jaya has helped me a few times with products and samples to try, she is awesome! the products she showed me helped my skin and the makeup foundation she showed me made my skin flawless and smooth. she is so sweet and helped me with my needs. if you go to robinson sephora in kohls make sure you ask for jaya and she will help you with anything you need! shes great! women needs a raise you can tell she works very hard.

There is the sweetest, most beautiful and helpful young lady named Jaya(sp?) who works at this location and has been so helpful and pleasant to deal with. She’s very eager to assist me in finding either the best fragrance or foundation and her help is always greatly appreciated. But more than this-she is a beautiful human who goes beyond customer service to just take the time to chat about life and get to know her customers on a first name basis. The world needs more people like this little gem! She is definitely an asset to Sephora and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Jaya-your manager is lucky to have you! God bless

This Sephora is very well stocked, organized, and clean. Cassandra was SUPER helpful in pointing me to the right products for my skin type and explaining how to use each properly. She was obviously very passionate about skincare and only recommended things that will (hopefully) work for my skin, instead of focusing on the most expensive/popular brands. Thanks, Cassandra! :)

The absolute worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. 2 girls working and one was helping another customer. I understand how it works, I also understand that when you work in retail you acknowledge those who walk in, even if you’re busy. A quick and friendly “hello I’ll be with you shortly” goes a long way. I did not receive any greeting, and even after the woman had paid, I spent another 5-10 minutes with no greeting or asking me if I needed help finding anything. I don’t even think these two bothered to look up from whatever they were doing. They did see me though. I did need help, but after the horrid lack of customer service I walked out. I’ll take my money to ulta. Perhaps a quick course in how to treat a paying customer could go a long way.

The girls working there didn't bother to help me. But had no problem asking if this "younger" girl was doing ok. So, I left. Will never be back. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at a Sephora. I guess it's for young people.
There are plenty of other beauty stores around.

You can't use your Sephora gift card at this Sephora. Also can't return Sephora items to this Sephora. Makes sense to me.
