We had to make an emergency stop because a dry cleaner had switched my brother in law's custom suit jacket and we didn't know until we were multiple states away.

We went in and were helped immediately. The woman who was there greeted us, got the nature of the issue, and had a perfect jacket ready for us within a few minutes. She was super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Cool glass frames, too, honestly.
Anyway, absolutely recommend.

The employee (sorry don't remember his name- maybe Sean) was great. Very helpful but not pushy or high pressure sale. He helped us find what we wanted. My husband was looking for a suit. Hadn't bought one in decades. The employee was able to make recommendations so that my husband only had to try on one, it fit like a glove and look wonderful. We were in and out in no time thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of this salesperson.

Service here is top notch: helping hands, but not too obtrusive, and always personable. Selection can be hit-or-miss in between seasons, but there's always something for everyone. Highly recommended.

It has been a long time and was overdue for a new suit. The Assistant Manager Susan Couvillon waited on me, and walked me through the inventory & what was available online. After fitting me for size, she showed me something new that had just come in. It was more expensive than I was originally looking for, but she told me that it was made of upgraded materials & hung nicer on my frame, with the fit being better as well. I agreed, liked the color & the look, so I happily bought it. She also went the extra mile & steamed out the wrinkles from hanging on the rack & hanger. She is a person that listens to her customers & understands what true customer service should be. I thanked her for all the care & help she provided & can't wait to wear my new suit!

Your store is Very well stocked, very Clean. Your employees are Very respectful and very easy to work with. The store had every item I was looking for. If was a pleasure shopping there.

Staff is amazing, but for the love of God can you please get better lighting in the dressing room! U cNt even see the colors of the clothes ur trying on until u leave the dressing room. It's the most important part if the sale and I guarantee u have people putting stuff back because of how it looks in a poor lit dressing room. This is the 2nd time reviewed and requested this. Sales guy was very helpful. I had originally gone in and to see what size I needed but since he was so helpful and prices were in line with the online piece I did buy a sports coat for an upcoming trip.

Always polite, always friendly, always helpful. Went looking for a pair of marron sweat pants. None available, I purchased my third pair of gray.

The store is amazing. Spoting, casual, formal, jeans, underwear, and socks. Everything is available in this store. From budget, affordable, expensive, to ridiculously expensive. You can find it here to fit the big, tall, and very large. Nautica, Polo, Izod....you name it.

Dress with style and comfort....

The sales person was extremely helpful in pointing out the items I was searching for and in helping me to find the size of my last purchase which enabled me to find what I needed much quicker.

I was leaving for vacation and was in a desperate need of shoes that wouldn't hurt while walking for 3 straight days. The lady showed me several pairs of shoes, and it seemed as if only one would work, but i wasn't convinced. She then brought over a pair that she said she just got in, and, I mean they were PERFECT! I had a great and painless vacation thanks to her.

Sales lady is very friendly. Greets you when you enter. Asks what your looking for and takes you to where it is at. Shows you similar styles to compare and is very knowledgeable. Always a great experience.

Had to purchase a suit this week unfortunately for a funeral, on very short notice. I’ve got an awkward build (lots of torso, short legs, and a beer belly), makes purchasing dress clothes an uncomfortable and annoying experience 99% of the time. Came in here today just hoping for a jacket that would fit well enough to wear once, and had one of the best customer service experiences of my life.
The store manager took care of us, took one look at me, asked a couple questions and steered me straight to the rack that had exactly what I needed. She found me a jacket that fit great along with matching pants in my size. Was super pleasant and efficient, and even found us a small discount. It was a small gesture but it meant more than words can express during such a depressing awful week. Kudos to you, I will be returning just because of how well we were treated.

Was in town for a wedding and needed a better shirt that fit right. Sales rep helped measure me, recommended some great shirts and the selection there outside of what I got was great. Hoping I have one similar near by at home.

This store is a go-to for my son and husband. When we went on Sunday, the only person working the store was the manager, but she was everywhere all at once, able to take care of the several customers who needed measuring and checking out. The store was clean and uncluttered, and merchandise was easy to find. The layout made social distancing easy to maintain. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice service and good selection. Staff was polite and helpful. Suggest you get some Pitt gear. After all, it is Pittsburgh!

DXL pulled through for a successful last-minute attempt at having something to wear in a wedding that was THE NEXT DAY! Monica, I beleive the clerk's name was, helped me tremendously to make sure my son looked dashing in something that fit well and was comfortable.

Libby helped me out with everything I needed. Definitely a great place to get a suit.

I walked into the store and two associates asked me if I needed any help. One was the manager and she helped me find 3 white dress shirts and a pair of New Balance flip flops. She had helped me get 3 black dress shirts on my last visit to the store. On that visit they only had one shirt in the store and ordered 2 shirts on line and then sent them to me. The staff are excellent at the Robinson store.

I always find what I want. And the people are very nice and willing to help you.👍👍
