Capitol City Imports Volkswagen Mazda Parts & Service Center

This was my first time using Capital City's service department. I couldn't be more pleased. They were professional, efficient, friendly and saw to my needs with no issues. I really loved the video their tech took of my car while he explained the inspection and work that he did. I will certainly continue to use Capital City for servicing my Miata.

Their service department is on it! Easy to schedule, great attention to detail, they do not try to sell you services you don't need, and they have a shuttle service to get you home or to work. Easily, 5-star and reason enough to purchase a vehicle from them.

Excellent and accommodating service. For years I got my VW serviced in Chittenden county and I wanted to see other options. So glad I did. Rusty was incredibly helpful and flexible. I will definitely go back, and have already recommended my friends who drive VWs to check out Capital City for service.

The service staff was amazing and super friendly. I feel my relationship with the service staff continues to grow as I use this location for maintenance. My trust for this shop continues to increase. I have used several shops of the last twenty years the the capital City service department has been the best. This is why I continue to return. What surprises me is how lame the sales department is. You would think that I might need a replacement to my 2015 Passat with high mileage. You would think that if the sales department built a relationship with me while I wait for my maintenance to finished I might by a car from them rather than the dealership in my home town of Hyde Park

Service was completed quickly and efficiently and included a much needed wash!

They have always been great over the last 5.5 years. This time they looked for and found my debit card in the parking lot. I dropped it after having my oil changed.

I have been taking my car to Volkswagen Mazda for quite some time. They are always accurate and helpful. They are down a technician right now, so it is hard to get an appointment so book well ahead.

The entire staff at Montpelier Volkswagen are terrific! I also had a state inspection done besides the oil change and the crew completed the tasks quickly, which allowed me to get to another appointment on time.

On my way into work, I encountered a flat tire. I was able to limp my car over to Montpelier VW where they were able to get my car in and get me to work on time. The service was taken care of promptly and professionally and I felt that they genuinely cared about making my life easier.

I can't thank you all enough for everything you do. While I may have a lot of things to worry about - I know that my car isn't one of them because Montpelier VW has my back.

Service Department kept after it until my car was fully repaired.

Montpelier VW was very accommodating in "fitting us in" as we did not have an appointment. Car was towed in Monday evening and by Tuesday afternoon we were back on the road again.

Experience was impressive....service was timely... loaner car was new, warmed up and running for me. Video was great. Everyone was very nice. Pleasant experience.

I had a nail in my new snow tire, they got me in found that I needed a new tire because of the location of the nail. Got my new tire and I was on my way. Great service team, always helpful and accommodating.

The guys were efficient and friendly. I even got a video of my car. Snow tires on and oil change. I'm good to go!

I brought my VW Atlas in for two recalls. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for all you do. I Highly recommend VW and their services.

The best service I've had on my car. That's largely because everyone else is so shady, but still they crushed it. The homie who runs the front is a great face to rep the service Dept and always great to work with.
