The representative who helped us was fantastic. He answered all our questions and was generally a pleasure to work with. Aldin was super helpful and I would recommend him and the store highly. We came into the Barre-Montpelier Road location because of the poor service at another store. Because of Aldin's great service we intend to make the Barre-Montpelier store our go to place for all of our communications needs.

Jerry was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He had a great sense of humor too. He made the long process to upgrade two phones much more enjoyable than our past experiences. We will recommend this place for sure. We will definitely go back here!

The store manager is awesome. Ever since I moved to Vermont, he has been who I deal with. Knows his stuff across the board.

I had an issue with a replacement phone and getting data switched from one to the other. The first day I went in, I met Jerry. He helped me get my new replacement phone set up. The next day both Jerry and another staff member, Jesse, helped me figure out how to access information that was stored on the cloud to transfer data from my old device to my replacement phone. I am so grateful! They really went above and beyond helping me (and putting up with my many questions..) they were so professional and really knew what they were talking about! Jesse also showed me a wireless charger which I came back to purchase from Jerry later today! Everyone in the store pitched in to help with my issues and help me get them resolved quickly while making sure i understood everything and could leave with peace of mind! Really awesome staff at the Berlin store! Super polite, professional and knowledgeable! I’m going back next week to set up a new account for myself (getting off my ex’s account) and looking forward to doing business with them! Great experience with Aldin. Super awesome service, very knowledgable and patient with our questions, he really took care of us- he took the time to go over different service options and phones. We joked that we wished we could buy a car from Aldin, it was that good!! If only every shopping experience could be this great!!!

Abe was extraordinary ! He was amazing supportive and although I hadn't planned on buying a new one, I did. He presented me with the proverbial deal I couldn't refuse. On top of that he worked patiently to transfer my content from the dreaded Windows phone to my new Samsung. I am so grateful.

AshLynn was amazing. She was patient and knowledgeable about all products and helped me and my son to upgrade our iPhones and transfer everything with no stress or concerns. We will definitely shop with her again.
