The customer service that I received from this independently owned Sears store was incredible! The owner of the store helped me personally to resolve an issue and he kept in touch with me until everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

The sales rep was great, he gave us a sale that was due to start Monday and we came in Friday night. He gave us all the info we needed in order to make a good purchase!

Friendly and easy to work with. Not to big to push you aside. Sales man was helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff was attentive and had lots of info about fridges and the likelihood of getting a chest freezer during the pandemic.

It's locally owned and if it isn't in stock, they will get it for you. Also do price match and they make it a point to greet each customer that comes in.
