CVS

I'm writing my review based on the store and store manager, not the pharmacist. Went there today and he was super helpful with a great, upbeat attitude. Helped me find everything I needed as it was my first time in the store. Online reviews often influence my decision to give a place a try. Again, while this wasn't a pharmacy visit, my visit to the store was great. Thanks!

The staff and process at the CVS on 302 in Berlin, Vermont are impeccable and caring. Truly professional. I've dealt with the pharmacy staff for myriad issues since moving to Vermont two months ago, and they are always reachable, attentive, and cordial. First class pharmacy and a great app, too. A huge relief when you're locating to a brand new place and have seven meds to manage. Thank you Christina, Sharon, and team.

Needed to get an emergency prescription, and the pharmacy staff was very helpful and conscientious. That in itself is what the world needs.

We took an 18-day trip, and I discovered that I had only brought enough of two of my wife's medicines for a 3-day supply. I looked up the phone number of the CVS in Berlin, VT which was on our itinerary, about 1000 miles from home, and asked our doctor's office to send an authorization to them. For some reason, we discovered that they had not done so. But Traci, the pharmacy tech at the CVS, looked up my wife's information, and called the insurance company, getting them to allow the insurance price, and to approve both refills. (We had refilled one of these a few days ago, so normally wouldn't have been able to get any more for several days.) So this CVS, and Traci, in particular, were an answer to prayer.

I just switched pharmacies to cvs and they treated me great ask me if I had questions about my prescription and charge a fair price as well as going out of there way to do so I was notified when my prescription was ready and reminded the next day when I hadn’t pick it up yet friendly and kind staff

The staff is helpful and efficient. Drive thru is amazing. Love the text updates. For prescriptions. Thanks for being here and serving the community

I would like it if you could change the phone number on file so that I get messages for my medications instead of my wife but apparently that's not something you can do? Also when somebody picks up medication for an individual, isn't it typically standard operating procedure to give them all of the prescriptions for that individual?

Every time I call the pharmacy I sit on hold for ages. Today it was 18.5 minutes when I had to give up and hang up. I can't take time off from my job each time I need to call.

A second issue is randomly and frequently closing the drive-through. I walk with a cane or walker, so end up dragging this stuff out of my car and tramping through an entire store full of probable sick people. I have many health issues and chose a pharmacy with a drive-through so i would not have to walk through snow and ice, or potentially expose myself to illness in this severe viral season. But I do now, because they so often close the drive through.

One side of the drive through has also been broken for over a year.

While I was happy with the pharmacy in the beginning, it has seriously devolved in the last couple of years. Extremely poor customer service re; phones and accessibility for those with disabilities.

Orders for meds are called in and then somehow lost. Long turnaround time between ordering refills and the prescription being ready. Confusion around locating existing filled prescriptions. A significant deterioration in service. The staff are pleasant but seem overwhelmed by the workload.
