I always have a great experience when I go into petsmart. The employees have always been polite and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy. I've never used the grooming services so I can not speak to them. I personally wouldn't take my cats to a place like this for that, I'd prefer a smaller more intimate setting.

The employees don't big you like some places do but if they see you need help or they think you may have a question, they will approach you and ask you if they can assist you. They usually have some good sales and they always price match items. The only thing that o don't like about the store is the place where they have the kitties. I don't like it in any store though. I think its just to small and lonely for them. Thats not run by petsmart though which is why I didn't take any stars away. I think this is a good store for you pets needs.

Happy with the customer service here: Hope does a great job grooming my little dog who's a difficult client (he hates getting groomed as much as getting veterinary services!) I took my dog back to her again a couple months ago because she did a wonderful cut for him. All the store staff are helpful & cordial.

This Pet Smart has GREAT customer service workers! They do not “hound” you 10 times in 1 visit and keep asking if they can help you! They may ask once and when I tell them “No, I’m just looking” or “No, I know what I’m getting”, they leave me alone!! They also have GREAT cashiers. They greet me and say thank you. I appreciate this store and all the workers here!!! The layout of the store is good. The store is always clean.

They always have new exciting items for your pets clean store nice staff I enjoy shopping here, since covid there is only one employee to be seen. The cashier with long line and no one to help anymore. Unfortunately how the world is now

This little guy went for the total spa treatment! Wash, trim, pedicure...the list goes on! Very affordable and professional grooming. Our second visit of many more!

Great place to purchase item for your pet/s. Staff is great and the grooming department is good as well. Ill have to be honest, some groomers are better than others. One name I do want to mention is Linda, we worked with her for grooming our dog and she is excellent! Some products are over priced, you can find the same product online for a lot cheaper, but then again that goes for most stores anyways. Overall great pet store!

I recently purchased a bearded dragon. I have been doing research for a long time to make sure I give him the best life possible. I went to so many pet stores and everyone seemed to not give me correct information. I was in the area and decided to stop here, thank God I did! Garrick was the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendliest person I have encountered in my journey with Benito (the Beardie). Thank you Garrick for everything you helped my family with! You were AMAZING! Benito has been doing great and eating crickets like there is no tomorrow!

We use the grooming services regularly. It is easy to schedule appointments online. Their prices seem fair and I am typically content with the services.

Easy to order online. I did the curb side pickup. Ryan was so nice on the phone. He brought my bag out and was so polite! I was extremely happy with the service. They even put some goodies in the bag! 5 stars for sure!!

We now have a puppy so we signed up for the puppy training at the store, glad we did. Such training helped up adapt to having a new puppy and also helped train the puppy to be obedient and finally gave us excellent pointers to help us become one happy family. The trainer was excellent and knowledgeable.

Since I adopted my dog I come here pretty regularly. I think it is a great place with some really good people. First time I want one of the staff members spent a good 15 minutes going over the food types and suggestions for my dog. Really helped me out since I was a bit loss not have owned a dog in about 20 years. Great service, great people.

Cat meds are poorly located.
Good selection of food and toys for dogs and cats.
Decent selection of freshwater fish and supplies, and basic reptile needs.
Finches, parakeets and lovebirds available.
Grooming and training services provided in store.
Staff is helpful and respectful, and prices are low.
PetSmart supports rescue animals and hosts events.

This PetSmart has a wide variety of animal needs. All kinds of pet foods and let's. I'm into the fish hobby myself and they are always stocked up on food tanks filters and most fish. If you're looking for a pet I recommend heading there. If you need anything for your pet or anything you ran out of definitely give this place a try

The workers at the Wyomissing Store are fantastic. They are great help and are willing to obtain information if they don't know themselves. The store always has the live replies food we need and they carry live isopods where the "other" pet store doesn't. Shelves at this store are always orderly, floors are clean, and live pet displays very nice.

I bought my pet milksnake named Amadeus here on July 24th 2019 and I love him! 😀❤🐍
He had a minor infection in one of his scales that came on about 3 weeks after owning him but I don’t blame the pet store for that, I feel it was coincidental. Ever since then he’s been in good health and has had a healthy 1st year and a half of life!

My boyfriend and I asked about the quality of different dog food. The sales associate was extremely helpful and had lots of information to give us. He also was generous and gave us a coupon towards the food we bought!
