Moyer Nissan of Wernersville

What an experience!! I was scheduled or buy another Maxima the day I accidentally found Moyer. I was in a search to compare pricing and be sure I was buying the right one. Well- I thank God I entered my info on their site to compare. While what I was looking foe wasn’t on the lot, I got a call anyway.

A man named Carson called. I didn’t know that the time, that it was Carson that would sell me my BEAUTIFUL Pearl white Nissan Maxima. Since we were 1:20 minutes from them, he explained he would have to text us pics because he had JUST traded it the day before. I was looking for a 2020/2021 pearl white. Carson had EXACTLY what I wanted. Then confidently texted and said “ you will not find a better used Maxima.” And he was RIGHT! I am IN LOVE with my car. Sounds crazy, but it makes me feel pretty. From those text interactions, to the financing part (Melissa is AMAZING btw!!), to the delivery of this car, I will NEVER drive anything except Nissan again. And I’m proud to call Moyer Nissan my home. Don’t forget to ask for Carson, and tell Melissa we said hi!

This review is for Dana A. at Moyer Nissan - fantastic sales rep! I was interested in purchasing a Rogue SV and looked at several dealerships in Chester county and beyond to find the best deal. Moyer Nissan blew me away. The customer service is excellent, and Dana was more than willing to work with me to find my dream car. She answered all my questions in person and via email, anticipated my needs, and most importantly made me feel like a valued customer. Buying a car from Moyer Nissan start to finish was an enjoyable process, which isn’t always the case at other dealerships. Melissa in the Finance department was also fantastic and so patient with me going over all the paperwork. Everyone at Moyer went above beyond to make me feel comfortable, heard, and appreciated. I left the dealership with just the car I was looking for, at a great price, and I felt like a valued customer. 10/10 recommend this dealership!!!

I work a lot of hours and am not available during hours they are open to sit and wait for my car. So they worked to schedule me so I could have a loaner car which was very appreciated. Then when I got there, they were able to complete the work on the spot in less than an hour. Very impressed

Carson was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had great customer service and patience as we brought our two toddlers with to purchase. Long term purchaser from Moyer Nissan since 2010 and will continue to be because of the amazing experience.

Great experience at Nissan of Wernersville in getting our late model car. Carson was our sales specialist and he took care of us from beginning to end of the transaction. It was so nice to find someone who loves cars as much as us. He went over all the details of the car to get us acquainted with the features. The paperwork was handled by Rob from the Finance department and likewise he made it very seamless and easy to get in the car. They’ll always be a first choice in the future.

Mike was awesome and friendly. He was very helpful and worked magic to find me something that fit all of my wants and needs within my limited budget. I was in an out within a couple hours which surpasses my previous experiences at dealerships by a long shot and i was very thankful. I walked in just to start looking and totally didn’t expect to be able to drive home in a new car that same day. Wonderful experience! The accountant (Melissa i believe) was also amazing and i felt super comfortable the entire time i was there. Highly recommend!!! I got a 2015 Nissan rogue which is a car I’ve wanted for a long time but definitely didn’t expect to be able to drive off in but they made it happen!

I worked with Mike Kemey, Mike was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying, he was fast to answer all of our questions and helped out as much as he could. Met with a warm welcome upon walking through the door. My husband scheduled an inspection for my vehicle. I was able to have fixed a problem off the dealer lot and yet able to return same day to finish inspection. So thankful to feel welcomed.

My wife took our car in for inspection and for a woman they are usually nervous and out of place. They made her feel at home, showed her what needed fixed in person, had food for the wait and overall a great experience she said. They were honest and did not try to take advantage of. They have earned our business!

I was able to get in and get my complimentary full synthetic oil change And it was done very quickly. They checked over my car and told me of any upcoming items needed. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant.

I had my new (to me) truck serviced at Moyer Nissan following my purchase. I bought it in Altoona, Moyer is a little closer to my home than that. Blake in service handled all the repairs promptly and professionally. The service team as a whole were very professional. In the process of doing the repair, a bolt was stripped (happens) and additional parts were required. I was made aware of this immediately and the parts were handled under the same warranty as the original work. I trust the work was done to the best of their ability. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced.

Awesome could not be happier and my salesman Eric was very friendly, very approachable and down to earth, which is much appreciate it. Also my dealings with the finance manager there was a pleasant experience would absolutely recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2020 Altima in August and was notified that my car was due for a 3-month checkup. As expected, they were on time, everything was fine, my questions were answered, and I was out of there in good time. I was very pleased with the experience.

Dana is a fantastic Brand Specialist! Dana talked with me via text for months prior to me buying the vehicle I have now and she was always willing to assist me with information. When I visited the dealership for a test drive, she was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. She also assisted me in finding a vehicle and financing that worked for me.

The sales and service staff are very helpful polite, and knowledgeable people. I've made two purchases and continue to have all my maintenance on my vehicle taken care of here. Even while waiting for service to be completed is a comfortable enjoyable experience with plenty of drinks, snacks, and Wi-Fi.
