Americana Diner

First time I've been in there and they appear to have just about everything available as expected of a diner. No problem with service, the atmosphere is lively in a good way, and the portions were just right and taste of the food was delicious.👍

Menu was huge. If you can't find something you want to eat off of it there is something wrong.
A lot of daily specials. I had the crab stuffed flounder with a black diamond steak. That steak was perfectly cooked (medium) and tender! Not pictured is my baked potato and side of corn. The portions are huge.
My mom got the special, a half chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy w/ side of broccoli.
All of us at the table also received soup. 2 chicken noodle and 2 Manhattan clam chowder. Chowder was fabulous, wish I could have ate more but my 7 year old took one bite and claimed it for herself.
Baskets of warm bread and butter brought to the table.
Waitresses was fast, pleasant and damn can she carry alot of drinks on one tray. (There were 8 of us total)
Menu says one free refill, we didn't get close to needed more than one refill (glasses were big)
Will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for about 12 years and the food is always the same. It’s always consistent. The quality and the quantity of the food is always excellent. The service is fantastic. On busy days you don’t wait long to get a table. 90% of the servers are still there, and they are always so happy and grateful to serve you. I recommend this diner without a doubt. This is the best diner in the area.

Absolutely loved this fun, retro diner. My Route 100 turkey burger was delicious and served with a smile. I will definitely be back, as the menu is huge and full of great-sounding choices.

We had a wonderful breakfast here. The food came out quickly. Coffee was good, the food was good, and the service was extraordinary! Definitely a great place to stop for breakfast and the price is amazing.

I'm giving this this five stars for providing a group of 22 with excellent service for brunch. We told them we were coming and they were more than prepared. The waitress was excellent and the food was delivered quickly. It is obviously diner food so keep that in mind. Our breakfasts were exactly what we ordered.

Fantastic service and awesome menu choices. It was our first time here and loved the beautiful blue Americana Diner. Thank you for excellent food and we really enjoyed our meal. Your Texas visitors!! PS: this is a great place to enjoy a meal after spending time at the Padre Pio Foundation Shrine in nearby Barto Pennsylvania.

This was our first time eating out since Covid started. We ate outside at one of the picnic tables. It was a pleasant day to eat out as it was overcast and cool for July.
The food was spectacular. I had the BLT and a Coke. My wife had the omelette and mint tea. My daughter has the spaghetti with marinara and meatballs. It was all top notch food.
Dessert 🍮 was excellent also. I had cheesecake with fresh strawberries sliced on top and it was creamy and fresh.
The service was unexpected, I had called in advance and was told there was outside seating, but that we could order but would not be served at the outside tables.
When we arrived and ordered our waitress brought our food out to the picnic table where we were seated.
I was happy to see that everyone in the restaurant and the waitress coming out was masked.
We will return and try out other items on the menu later.

This was really nice! Loved the vibe with the music and everything. Food was really good, their roast beef croissant and appetizer sampler were 👌 There was a wait before we came in, but were served promptly in spite of it. Would definitely come back! P.S. sorry for spilling root beer!!

The food is great and comes in huge portions. The price is amazing and the wait time is very little. The servers are very friendly. Just know only one free refill with your drink

Been past this place hundreds of times and stopped in today. Wonderful atmosphere, very clean, great food, Waitress was awesome and we will be coming back again for sure!

This my favorite diner! The food was presented well, not a hot mess on the plate. That tells me that the kitchen staff has pride and passion for the job still. The kitchen staff is often unappreciated. The wait staff was very nice and stopped back often enough. I was sat near the cashier and for everyone who left she asked how the vist was, not one complaint. The manager on at the time even took a moment to talk to me about the diner and took my suggestions. There is WiFi but it could be a stronger signal. Also, when they renovated the owners put a lot of thought and mo ey into making the diner handicap accessible. I will be back often next for breakfast.

I ordered the delmonico steak and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also their apple and dumplings were to die for. Definitely will be going back, Soon!

It was a full house Saturday morning when we stopped for breakfast. We got seated quickly, the waitress was very friendly. Our food was brought out quickly and nice and hot, very good food, the waitress refilled my coffee 3 times and was very attentive. We will definitely go back.

We were very happy with the food and service. It was busy when we went, but the service was fast and friendly. The prices are very reasonable too!

Rare to get 5 stars from me, but this place definitely would have earned them if the salad bar was open. But even with that, with today's economy, I understand why it hasn't returned, but with that said, this place still earns 5 stars from me for the quality and flavors this kitchen sends out. You can tell the cooks (chef's) really care about the food they send out.
It's still a really great diner to come to for a quick bite or a simple family dinner. Still sad to see they haven't brought back the salad bar since the plandemic, but the food is still great. Always friendly staff and has a great atmosphere. Will continue to come here.

Even though it was packed, I got seated quickly and attended right away.. the food is what's expected at a diner that says its American.. the menu has a vast array of choices and what I ordered was good..
