Why do they call this location Reading, when it is located in Wyomissing? I never understood, and I will never understand. Also it makes it more difficult to search and find. Good Grief! Because of the incident I wanted to give it 3 stars, but - because they gave excellent service for many years prior, I compromised and gave them 4 stars, then I upgraded to 5. There was definitely a problem, but - it was handled superbly! The incident was this past holiday, I ordered a 16 piece chicken (Redners is far superior then KFC) that I wanted freshly made. I was told it would take app 30 minutes, in which I agreed, but - when I got back my order was not ready, because of shift change. To make it worse, the young lady did not tell the next shift of my order, therefore another delay of 30 plus minutes. I was infuriated, because I was now running late for a party. I asked for the Manager, and I told him my story, in which he went back and confirmed my story, and apologized and gave me my entire order for FREE! Wow! I only expected an apology, or maybe a small discount, but - an entire chicken order of app $25 was given to me with apologies. Thank You very much! The Manager deserves 5 stars! Because of this kind gesture, they will continue to have my loyal business., Thank You for reading my review!

If you need something for lunch/dinner this is a great place to grab something quick.
Of course it’s a great grocery store, but they do grab & go meals very well.
The food is fresh made, tastes great, and there’s a lot of selection.
When I don’t have a lunch for work, I run in and get something hot and delicious.
The prices are very reasonable too.
For $12 I got a hot breakfast sandwich, a tuna salad sandwich, boneless wings and macaroni salad.

Store was clean. Customer service was good. Prices aren't bad. I go for the meat deals. Nice selection of products.

Came here for sushi! Our daughters request for b-day. Outstanding! Fresh, delicious, fair priced, courtesy sushi chef!! Top notch! WTG Redner's!

LOVE IT! Sometimes is a long waiting line for self check out and the nice guys are always ready to help. Every time I visited I do self check out because of the cashier and their actitud. I'm the one, trying to be nice with then. Unbelievebable. Love the variety of freshly products.

It's a very nice grocery store

First and foremost this grocery store is definitely like no other it's employee owned. No other grocery chain is this area is like that, excellent quality and quantity or product at a very reasonable priced. Employees and and management staff is friendly and make you feel your number 1. Everyone is friendly and courteous even other customers. I don't get this vibe at Giant and definitely not Weis.

My favorite supermarket. The employees here are the best! One of my favorite people for years that work there name is Dory. She is the best! And another is Steph. These two always go above and beyond. Love it here.

10 out of 5 stars. Extremely clean store. Amazingly helpful staff (Linda) and the deli guy. It was awesome to be able to eat and have an adult drink then do our shopping. Prices are great. Management was informed that we had a great visit. We need one of these stores in WV!!!

I like the merch and food but is getting tougher to park in that little mall.

Well laid out! Super fresh merchandise plus excellent variety of products! BUT The BEST are the employees!!!!!! Plus just the other day I was helped with a price check and assistant was very helpful because they switch the product for me from the deli and to the one that I needed and wanted without me having to go and do it myself!! awesome customer service!!!!!!

Really nice and updated Redners! Everything looks clean and new here all the time. If redners around decide to revamp and update their older stores definitely make them like this one!

This is a nice, clean, updated Renders with some items you can't get at some of the other stores, like fresh premade meals. Definitely stop in to check out!

Great selection of produce and baked goods.

An excellent store with great deals always has all the products that I am seeking. It could bolster its sales a bit more if they actually had a decent Sushi selection such as one of their competitors whose name I shall not mention... However this being said Redner's warehouse market is a trusted name and my household as well as my family is all across the board. It is usually staff by pretty okay people who are generally happy I mean occasionally or run into a cranky one but isn't that everywhere? All in all a good store a great location and a great place to shop.
