Staples

Bought a good, attractive, well made, easy to assemble, and reasonably priced home office chair. Had wonderful assistance from two employees. Store was open early for easy service.

I recently purchased a new laptop at Staples#123 in Wyomissing, PA. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and set up was a breeze. He provided the right USB mini-dock as well so I could hook up external monitors at home. I was not pressured to make a larger purchase or buy an extended warranty, but it was explained so I could if I wanted to. I would recommend this store for your home or business computer needs.

A store associate working on the floor went above and beyond to help me. He was so polite and kind. It was a pleasure shopping in the store!

I had a variety of copy jobs to do at Staples. It was quite busy, but Andrew (I think that is his name- Friday morning of 8/18) was so patient and helpful to each customer. He went above and beyond helping each of us.

In all the years I've shopped at Staples, I don't think I've ever had better service at one of the company stores than I did this past week in Wyomissing, PA. As I was scanning looking for the toner section, an associate saw me scanning the store and asked what I needed. He then walked me over to the toner display, explaining how I could benefit from a current toner discount program. He then got me the paper I needed and walked me to the counter so that he could help me download the Staples App in order to take advantage of the offer. Another associate had a customer who needed the technical knowledge of the man who had been helping me, so they traded places. The second associate was equally helpful guiding me through the final steps of setting up the Staples App. I was impressed by their seamless teamwork, and between them I left the store feeling that I was a valued customer who had been given an exceptional level of customer service.

We had invitations made at Staples for our granddaughter's first birthday.The process was easy and the invitations were just great. The associate gave us a nice discount which was not expected. We will have more things printed at Staples in the future.

The staff ia always friendly, patient and helpful. Andrew manages the copy area and is a great leader for the staff.

Staples makes online and in-store shopping so easy. They are local and online. Easy is my summary word.

I have always been extremely impressed with the care she takes to make sure each job is done exactly right and her personable attitude.

I got the Staples Glenvar Bonded Leather Big and Tall Chair which comes with a Limited-Lifetime Warranty so if anything major breaks they will order you a replacement part.

The staff was very helpful and courteous during my visit.

Got lots of help and they made it easy.
