Ok. Not a big fan of junk food, but i stop by for the kids once in a while. Staff is nice and respectful

Hot and Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Phillie's special.

The service was great, and so was the food but most importantly I left my debit card on the table so I called to ask if it was there. They looked and unfortunately if wasn’t but a few minor later they called me back and told me they found it!! Thank you Maria for being honest and trustworthy!! You need a raise!!

Don’t know what has changed in this specific Mcdonald’s but wow the service has gotten so much better. I used to wait 30mins for my food now I’m in and out within 5mins and my food is always fresh. The staff are super friendly.

Almost always has what I'm looking for and love that they have free air since my low tire light came on when I was already on my way there. Always a super clean store too!

This place has never messed up my order or made me wait. And the manager even came out and gave my boys happy meal toys with thier breakfast, probably the best McDonalds I've ever been to.

Was in the city decided to stop in via drive thru this evening being a former McDonalds manager myself service was friendly and extremely hot drive thru was a little backed up but that’s normal at any McDonalds the French fries were hot and fresh as well ! the order taker whom was a young man that was operating drive thru 2 was very respectful didn’t make me feel rushed let me finished my complete order with no attitude, the female in drive thru 1 taking money was extremely respectful as well I recommend this location for the evening hours.

Lol it's McDonald's what's not to like I did however find this McDonald's very clean and run expertly by everyone there the service was actually nice and fast

Quick service and order made correctly good value menu prices as well

Service was great! Restaurant is clean as well as restrooms would recommend it and I'm very pleased! Workers are very respectful!

The food comes fast hot and the customer service is better then the Wendy's in West Reading

This place is great..not a long wait for your food..courteous cashiers.
