Came here after going to Best Buy to possibly buy a Nintendo Switch for my son's Christmas gift. I've been on the fence for a while trying to decide if this gift would be a good choice. As soon as I walked in Joel at the counter asked if I needed help or had questions. He walked me back to the display and explained the differences of the consoles and the different themes. He was very personable and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. I ended up purchasing the Switch and got a much better deal.

The assistant manager was the kindest person you would want to meet. He went out of his way to help me even when his shift ended. Thank you sir for your valuable time and help. It was very much appreciated

Staff was a wonderful help and gave good recommendations. We will definitely be back. We came in to exchange a few games and ended up leaving with a few new games.

This is the only GameStop I go to in the entire Berks county area. Customer service is strong. They get right to the point and provide answers for your questions. Way better service than the one in Berkshire mall I’ll tell you that!!!

Some of the nicest and friendliest people running these stores. Always like just stopping by to see about new games, consoles and news. The people running the stores really seem to love talking and giving info on all kinds of tech and gaming stuff.

Love this store, out of the 3 around me this is my go to. Staff if always friendly and easy to talk to. Many know my wife and I by name and are quick to offer suggestions on what we like.

Had a Nice experience with the friendly cre on Thanksgiving day when they opened up at 3pm that day... unfortunenatly I wasnt able to buy the product I wanted which was the spiderman bundle but the manager made it clear that they had a limited quantity of 6 before and as he opened the doors to all the customers. After shopping around decided to go back and purchse a game and a 2tb hardrive online since they had run out... but Overall an excellent working crew in this location.

I play lot's of video games and, if you want games gamestop is the place to go. they get all the new games very fast and sell at good prices. The employees are nice and help around the store and I've never had any complaints.

Great staff! Everyone here is very up-to-date on the newest games and systems. The sales are nice and and used games and systems are usually very good quality.

The service here was awesome, the employees are great! a month ago a went to 2 different gamestops the one near by walmart in wyomissing and the one in allentown pike also near to walmart to purchase my PS4 wow the service was horrible no welcoming feeling i walked around the store for almost 25 minutes no employee approach to help or ask if i had any questions oh i know why because they were way to busy talking to a friend about life. So after my 2 stops i was so upset so next morning i went to The berkshire blvd game stop I only could say This is my new gamestop store!!!

Very nice staff and where very helpful, sadly did not have the item I wanted in stock but where fast to come up with a viable solution to the problem and will be back very soon
