Everyone at this rite aid from the pharmacy techs, cashiers to the manager are always so friendly and helpful. I am been using this pharmacy for many years. Gina from the pharmacy is always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy she is. The store is always clean and well stocked. I always have a good experience when visiting this store.

Amazing pharmacy!! Very clean and very friendly staff!! My infant has an ear infection and they filled his script within minutes. I asked if this was typical she was honest and said no sometimes we can’t even answer the phone but if you need something asap come in and we’ll fill it while you wait. Can’t ask for better than honesty. I’m changing my pharmacy to Rite Aid in State Hill road!!

Rite Aid is my #1pharmacy. Never ever went anywhere else. I love the employees and the pharmacy staff. Always professional and courteous. The store is so very clean. They are always well stocked. I never ever have any complaints about MY Rite Aid.

Mr. Don Mell is a GEM. What a well mannered human being. His personality alone is an asset to Rite Aid. I had a bunch of Gift Cards and I needed to do them 1 at a time. He didn’t fuss or make me feel like he didn’t want to do it. He treated me very politely and always explained what he was doing and that the gift card was loaded properly. Being kind is free and so often kindness is no where to be found. I truly believe this gentleman’s kindness could melt the coldest of hearts. Thank you Don for going the extra mile. Your truly making a difference in peoples day with just being YOU!

Even when the pharmacy is busy and hectic, Gina (pharmacy technician) always greets customers with a smile and positive attitude! Her friendly and caring demeanor are always appreciated!

My name is Rowan , I’ve been a cashier at this Rite Aid for a good few months . For the first time ever , I’ve decided to glance at my stores reviews on Google , I was honestly hopping to see my name and some sort of beautifully crafted comment overflowing me with worth and joy . That moment has not been established but I feel as though it will soon in dear time . Anyway , my main concern , the main issue , the no bueno momento , big trouble little China situation . The pharmacy * spooky thunder noises from an 80’s horror film with terrible reviews * I have read some comments revolving around them , some were rude , some were concerning , and most were very immature . A lot of people commented on the phone never being answered , the customer service being awful ( in which I don’t know how it’s even remotely that bad ) and not receiving your prescription on time . The whole entire reason for this supposedly horrible and vile experience ..we’re just BUSY . Believe it or not we’re backed up , we’re tired , there’s tons and tons of people pilling in at speeds that are beyond physical ability . Sometimes you just have to imagine you in our shoes . Constantly your dogs would be screaming for you to sit down , your legs will feel like spaghetti dinner that your mom cooked for you when you were 5 , your back is gonna be stiffer then a 2 by 4 on a Wednesday afternoon in winter and after all that ..your face will ache from saying the simple set of words “ Do you have a Rite Aids card ?”. To finally conclude my escapade of nonsense and insanity ..just be glade that you even acquired your food , your medicine , your prescription , your remedy cream or anything at all . Back in my day , you had a health problem , doctors would prescribe a days rest and a slap on the face . Back in my day , we had to hunt for our food in the middle of the woods , somedays Grandma Tessy would be chewed up by some crazed wild bear . Be glad for what you have , be glad you aren’t dead , be glad that you don’t have to worry about a Grandma Tessy. Also, just to boost my ego

I have shopped here numerous times in the past few months and have always been surprised at their wide array of inventory. The associates are always friendly and welcoming! I am a local business owner and the store manager, Donna, personally donated hard-to-find PPE items so that we can continue to operate during these difficult times. Great customer service and caring for the community...you can't beat those values!

This State Hill Road location is head and shoulders above other Rite Aid locations. They are always pleasant and have a “Can Do” attitude that seems to be lacking at other Rite Aid locations. There are other Rite Aid locations near this location, these other locations have rude employees that make having to go to the pharmacy kind of miserable. Good job State Hill Road in Wyomisng! You are the ONLY REASON we continue to use Rite Aid. Thank you!

Rite Aid in Wyomissing is my favorite by far. Donna, (Manager), Sue, and other sales associates are always so helpful!
