So tried to get appointments for my kids. They have Medicaid but are also covered under DD. First off the individual that I spoke with was having a hard time figuring out when to put them into the system. I was willing to work with her. When I told her that the kids were double covered she said DD may not cover if there is another insurance. Basically, they are unwilling to make the appointment happen. (Most admins would call them for you to see what is covered) I was told we would have to pay up front. I told them that I would look elsewhere. Just know that insurance is an issue with this practice.

This woman doesn't know how to administer novacaine.The needle tracks aren't supposed to hurt so much!
