Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic

Just put my dog down a couple hours ago. The doctor and the staff were amazing. I walked in the door with her, got to the desk and started crying, could barely talk. The lady knew what I was there for and got me into a room right away. The doctor was super nice was talking to me the whole time. She went so peacefully. So far, at 53 years old, that was the most difficult thing I ever had to deal with. Not sure when the crying stops, but I knew I had to give a shout out to the folks at this place. Tremendous care and patience. I couldn't have dealt with me, I don't know how they did. Thank you for taking such good care of my Misty over the last ten years. Thankfully, she didn't need your services often, but you folks were wonderful every single time.

Brought cat in for annual exam, Dr. Spera felt something strange in her belly and we found out she had a bunch of hair ties in her stomach! Thanks to Dr. Spera we caught something that could have become a big problem down the line.

And thank you to Dr. Celano and her surgical team for getting the hair ties out! Great experiences at both visits, definitely recommend.

Loved the attention they gave to my elderly dog! Helped me though the passing of my companion! Made it affordable and would recommend them anytime!

My family has been going here for years and most recently after moving back to the area we have been here consistently for 4 years with our cat and dog. They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Great staff, nice people, clean new facility and everyone is very experienced. Highly recommended!

Everyone there is so amazing, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took my kitty in same day as a new patient for labored breathing. The staff and veterinarian were very attentive, gave me prices before doing anything without asking, and got my little guy feeling and breathing better. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately had to put my dachshund to sleep this week.. I’m so grateful for Dr. Justin Simone.. he was so kind, sympathetic, & honest.. the staff at DAMC is one of a kind. The nurse picked flowers and made a little bouquet for my dogs casket, another one gave me a sympathy gift on the way out along with hugs.. the fact that the doctor actually seemed sad about what he had to do showed me that they truly do care.. I can’t explain how pleased I was in such an awful situation. Thank you Doylestown animal clinic I will forever bring my pets here as patients.. highly recommend Dr. Simone!

Wonderful care. They genuinely care about your pets . The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to put two of our cats down and they were really wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I brought my 7 and a 1/2 year old Cavalier here after she developed an abscess. The staff were very kind, affable, and nurturing. My dog ended up having a host of medical issues that led to her passing only a few weeks later. She never appeared to be ill until recently, so I rarely took her to the vet. I should have kept up with regular checkups because she would likely still be with us, but I didn’t have pleasant experiences with local vets in my previous neighbourhood and that cost me my best friend. I wish that I’d moved to Doylestown sooner.

Although my dog was only there 2 or 3 times, I received a card with handwritten messages signed by the staff to express their condolences. A card stating that a donation was made in honour of my dog to the Morris Animal Foundation was also included. When I brought my new puppy in (a birthday gift from my spouse), the staff members that met my dog told me how sorry they were and commented that she was such a sweet dog. I now have a Cavalier puppy who will be a lifelong (and regular) patient. Thank you, DAMC.

A very good place to get care for your pets

The most wonderful and caring veterinary clinic. Dr. Spencer Shelly has taken care of all of my dogs; his kindness and patience is inspiring. One of our dogs had extreme fear and anxiety and he always treated her with such compassion. My dogs absolutely love him. The practice is clean, front reception staff are welcoming and friendly, and vet nurses are fantastic. One of my pups was spayed last week and I was called immediately after her procedure and given an update, then the next day a staff member called to check on her. You won’t be disappointed here!

Everyone there, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets themselves, is so nice and welcoming. My dog has been going here since we got her as a puppy, and she absolutely loves it because she knows she's in for love and attention the entire time. I primarily use Dr. Frankel, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed out of the exam room. My family has been coming here since we moved 20 years ago, and our dogs have always had the absolutely best care from DAMC.

A healthy pets is a great pet ,but when you pet is in need of care DAMC is the place to go for exceptional care

We had been taking our dogs to the same vet out in Utah for over 3 yrs since they were just pups. We have moved back to PA and needed a new vet where they could feel comfortable, with it being a new place and new faces. Dr. Brunetti and team did an amazing job with my dogs and made some really helpful suggestions on how to help my dogs with their anxiety problems. We will be taking them back for sure.

The BEST vet in Pennsylvania. They have a no fear policy and go out of their ways to make sure your pets are comfortable. My one cat is very friendly, yet skittish, The vet got down on the floor to comfort him and check him on his own level. My 2 pound puppy was bit by an 80 pond dog and was extremely traumatized. They took me in the next morning as soon as they opened, even though it was a busy Saturday. They cared for him and made sure he was okay and made sure I was okay too! I love love love this place and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
