AT&T Store

Derek helped with a SIM Card install for my mother today and provided wonderful service. Derek was knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. This experience will not be forgotten and we will return to this store for the excellent service Derek provided. Thank you Derek! Have the best day!

Amazing Customer service. Jason I believe was his name, forgive me skinny, tatoos...cool cali kind of vibe about him. Took the time to answer our questions, gave me some great advice. Didnt try to oversell tech...we walked out with the perfect device we needed and a bit more to grow in. I will absolutely come back here and buy from him again!! Keep this guy, he's a bright star!

Had a great experience at the store. Rossi was friendly and took the time to help me pick out the correct phone and walked me though the new features. He helped me transfer all of my info to my new phone and even made me aware of opportunities to upgrade my plan. Appreciate the help and will be coming back!

I had what could have been a stressful experience to a elderly lady. Very easy. Rossi was incredible. Also Celene was very helpful. Was a busy day for them. They handled it very well. As a matter of fact I came home with cards got my friends in my apt. Complex.

Loved the CS provided! She was knowledgeable on the selection of phones, listened to my needs, recommended different plans, & gave me time to decide on the best option! Felt well taken care of while the phones were updating & even while she was working with other customers. Bravo!!

Rossi was super helpful. I had to replace my lost phone and he made the process quick, while also assisting us with upgrading our plan. I was dreading the process of going to the store but he was great and it was super easy.

I came to the Doylestown store after a very bad experience in the Newtown store and I'm glad I did. Not only did Sylena address my concerns, she got me set up with a great phone on very reasonable terms! I highly reccomend!

Personable, knowledgeable, 2 new phones with a lower cell phone bill. Jason took the necessary time and the experience was the best we have ever had with an AT&T store.

The associate was very patient and helpful. We arrived at the store at 4:30 pm.She had been so busy that she had not taken time for lunch. In spite of that she was very pleasant and cheerful, even when these two senior citizens couldn’t remember their passwords.

Had a wonderful experience and their level of professionalism was very high. Also felt like I was just relaxing with a friend. Great customer service and got me exactly what I needed in a very good amount of time.

Sylena was a godsend. She took care of all of our concerns quickly and efficiently and was knowledgeable in every detail.
You should give her a big raise and you better keep her as an employee because we saw that she could handle not only many customers at once but answer the numerous phone calls that were coming in and other walk-in traffic too. It should be noted that this was all being done while there was much annoying and noisy construction happening at the store. All of this and her, Sylena, while being the only employee at the store. Give this girl a big fat raise asap!

Selena was excellent. She helped me with all of my trade ins, buying accessories and getting my new phone set up. She was patient and great at her job. She also had her eyes on all of the other customers to make sure they were being helped. I had a great experience!
