Cafe Il Melograno

We decided to try this restaurant out to continue to support local. We were a little hesitant from some of the reviews but I am so happy we gave them a shot. Our family ordered fettuccine alfredo, veal marsala and ravioli with vodka sauce to go. Everything was packed very nicely and they even included free bread with butter. Both pasta dishes came with a side salad. Everyone loved their meal and several of us had enough for lunch the next day. We will be coming back. If you are reading this, give them a shot! We enjoyed our food!

My sister and I went there for dinner tonight. Very busy. The owner/hostess extremely personable. The wait staff the same. The menu has just enough options to please everyone but not overwhelm you with choices. From appetizers to dessert, all perfectly prepared. This is real Italian food at its best!

An awesome restaurant experience. I have food allergies and have eaten here 3 times without a problem. My favorite dining place now when I come to Doylestown. The chef/owner comes out before and after the meal to make sure my meal was safe. It's safe, fresh and delicious! The restaurant is decorated with an old world Italian/ Tuscan flair. Once inside, you forget you're in a strip mall.

Always great food and service, every time we come here to dine. My husband and I think it is one of the best in the area. He is addicted to their langostinos, and I love their tuna carpaccio. Their desserts are very good, too! :)

Very consistent, high quality, white cloth service and Old World Italian classic food. Hidden gem in shopping plaza. It's our favorite for special occasions. The servers are authentic mainstays with expert table side service. Their specials rarely change much but are always top notch (Veal Chop, Langostinos, Tuna carpaccio, Lobster Ravioli). The main menu has all your favorites. Wish they kept their liquor license, but the bar took away additional seating area.

Delicious athentic Italian food. Friendly courteous service . Large portions , I love it there. Also recently tried the brunch ,omelette was fantastic. Great little hidden treasure I will visit again soon.

Take out Family Dinner Specials are excellent! Fettuccini and Chicken Parm were great and the Tiramisu and Chocolate Cake desserts were delicious and included with the meal!

The food is just really, really very good every single time we go. And there’s always very creative specials like the pappardelle in wild boar ragu I had today. Great service, nice people.

The food here is top notch. The chef prepares everything on the menu to perfection. The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent.

We have been eating here for over 10 years. Whether it be for special occasions, business dinners, a night out with friends or just a quick dinner with the family, Ristorante Il Melograno will NEVER disappoint. I travel to Italy often, and frankly I have never had a better Branzino than that served here. I can say the same thing for the beef carpaccio with the truffle oil and capers; simply amazing. The service has always been prompt and professional. Likewise as you frequent the place more often, you soon be addressed by name and will truly become part of the famiglia.

One of our favorite Italian restaurants in the region. Il Melograno has all the classics prepared perfectly with portions large enough for several meals!
