We had an small but challenging roof project and we were impressed with the results from Hulton Contracting. Part of our house has a flat membrane roof that also serves as the floor of a walk-out patio above it. The old vinyl membrane roof leaked into our house and needed replacement, and we knew we needed a high quality replacement that was done right - and this is what we got.

We knew we needed a roofing company that was experienced in both residential and commercial roof projects, because flat membrane roofs are almost exclusively done on commercial buildings. Hulton gave us the most competitive bid out of 3 different commercial roofers, and they were also the most responsive (James Standish was great about follow through - best I've seen in any contractor I've worked with in years). Hulton came when promised, and did the job in a single day.

The membrane roof material they used is outstanding - it is waterproof but has some "grip" to it, excellent for walking. It also has an attractive appearance. Hulton's workmanship was excellent, including some difficult corners (the roof juts into our house and also has posts and railings they had to work the roof around). Also they did the whole small roof (about 5 feet by 10 feet) with a single piece of membrane - no seams, which was the problem with the old roof. Nice job guys, we are ecstatic.

Justin L has a wealth of knowledge in roofing and siding especially my house which had tons of storm damage. I did not know what to do. He was professional, kind, and patient in explaining the whole process in doing an inspection of my house and found areas that needed attention. Hulton contracting was amazing in coming out quickly to fix an active leak in our roof due to the excessive amount of snow we've had this year. Our 3 year old roof needed repair after a major wind storm. I called Hulton Contracting to take a look. James got back to me within 24hrs and was out to the house a.s.a.p! We needed to replace shingles we didn't have on hand, so he drove to his supply house, picked up what we needed, came back to finish the job all in the same day! I was very pleased. We had our roof and new gutters replaced by Hulton a few months ago and they were very efficient and did a great job! Cleaned up nice and everything looks great!!! Everything is holding up great and there are no problems at all. And they give free estimates!!!

Hulton Contracting replaced our roof and gutters, and did a fantastic job. Very pleased. Their price was extremely reasonable. Recently, we noticed a piece of wood molding near the gutters that came loose because of wind/weather, and Hulton Contracting returned and repaired that issue for us. Great customer service!!!

Using Hulton contracting for my roofing needs was one of the best things I’ve done. From dealing with Justin R. the salesman to Mike the project manager and the great crew who actually installed my roof. The whole project was completely painless and touch free which is comforting in this COVID-19 situation. The whole job was fast, clean and efficient.
