Plato's Closet Hatfield

These women were amazing! They went over the return policy with me and I did need to return a few things so I stopped in the next day. She remembered me from the day before and was super quick with the returns even though they were pretty busy with logging clothes they had just gotten in. I even scored a north face that looks brand new in a beautiful sage green color they don't make anymore. Definitely coming back for clothes when the spring hits!

Everyone is on here complaining about how long the wait time is/ how much money they buy your clothes for. If you haven’t realized behind the counter there is 50+ bags of clothing and probably more. No one is also considering that there is no workers anywhere, so obviously it’s going to take longer than it use to take before. They even state that they only pay you back a small % of what your clothes are actually worth and they post what brands they look for. If it’s such a big deal then sell your clothing online. Then people are complaining about not having big enough clothing sizes. You do realize that the clothing they get is from other people and they don’t do it on purpose. It’s not like a normal store where they order specific sizes. Stop hating, and realize it’s a thrift store. Just like any place you will never get your clothing to the full % of what you bought it for.

I’ve been to a few different Plato’s locations around Pennsylvania and this is definitely the best one I’ve been to. The selection of clothing is great, I never leave without finding at least a few good things for much cheaper than you’d get anything at the mall. The selling process is also fantastic. I always come in with just a bag of clothes that I try to sell and usually donate the rest. They’re quick and always buy a few items for a fair price. All the employees are young and super sweet. A great place to shop at whenever you have some free time!

The staff at this location in Hatfield, Pa. is the absolute most professional, caring, cheerful, pleasant & helpful of all of their locations! The young ladies as well as gentlemen always welcome you with a warm smile. They are always ready to help a customer with something that they are in search of anytime. As a matter of fact they are more professional then their upper management that tend to drop in here & there! Perhaps they could learn from the younger crew who run the place. I rate this place 5 STARS PLUS MORE!!!!

great experience everything in the store was organized in an easy to find fashion, the men's side was nice there was a lot of options for jeans of all sizes which is what I went there to buy. You know how guys shop I was done this in 15 minutes. I easily found two pairs of nice pants and one pair of jeans that were perfect. My purchase also qualified for a rally to win a box of items from the store. Overall it was a great easy, fast shopping trip

The staff was very friendly. I’ve sold many times to the Plato’s closet where we used to live. I brought 3 trash bags full and they might have taken 1/2 or 3/4 of one. Thankfully, Goodwill is just down the street. If you have extra clothes or shoes laying around like I do, it’s a good way to get rid of them without mailing them in like with ThredUp.

honestly nothing bad to say. they have great clothes especially for teenagers and everything seems very clean. i always make out well, the prices are great! staff is nice and friendly

I have been to almost every Plato's in PA and this one is amazing they always have the best trendy clothes, so much free people and Lululemon which is my fav, and I always find stuff with original tags still on. The staff is so friendly especially James!!

Was here with my wife and daughters the other night. I can't say enough about there staff! One employee gave my youngest a balloon and they were very busy but all had smiles on. Wonderful Customer service!!!

I go to the Montgomeryville store and love it. The staff will help if you ASK for help; otherwise they just let you shop. Thats how i like it.

Its usually hard to tell the clothes are used. Especially Jeans. High end stuff for super cheap. Cant beat it.

I didn't find anything for me but my friend found quite a number of items for her daughter and son.

Secured like 15 pairs of lucky brand jeans for like 209 dollars. Absolute steal.
