The UPS Store

The team at this store has always been helpful and kind to me. I don’t always understand how the Amazon returns work, but they explain it thoroughly so I understand. It isn’t their fault that Amazon sometimes has the customer package their own returns. You have to read the barcode. I appreciate how fast and efficient they help their customers.

Went in to have some paperwork shipped. I don’t use UPS very often so I needed help. Rose was working and she was so awesome. She knew exactly what I needed. She didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t need. It was so quick and painless. Plus…….Rose is so pretty!! Whoever gets me a date with her gets free UPS shipping for life!!

Rose and Christy were wonderful in assisting me with a return. Their pleasant patience with me was appreciated. These two young ladies are one of the good reason this store is used by so many.
