Called Bob Sr to order some new springs and hardware for a 25 year old truck. Without a single hesitation Bob taught me new things about my own truck, happily rearranged some parts in a kit to match my needs, and gladly took on extra research to find the best shipping solution he could.

I asked some basic questions about installation which were well answered and backed up by brief explanations of why those answers make sense.

If you only read the first line, this company is amazing! I had some questions about fitment for some suspension compents and wanted to make sure I got the right parts. I clicked the call button at the top of the screen and was almost instantly connected to perhaps the most helpful customer service I have ever had. Was able to quickly answer my questions and point me in the right direction. It's refreshing to see that some businesses still value customers and provide outstanding service. This will be the first place I check for anything I need in the future. 10/10 highly recommend.

Definitely a 5 star shop, Bob sized up our 2004 roached out RV springs and upgraded to a E550 weight rating. And wow!! what a difference it made, the rear came up 2 inches, the front came up 1 inch. And now it drives like a brand new, and even safer than new rig. To Florida and back to Pa never felt this safe in the life of the rig.

I have a 2018 ram 5500 that was sitting low in the rear and Bobby Jr and the guys did an excellent job added 2 now leaves to each side which raised it to the height I wanted. They are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and kept me updated the whole time. The work was done in a timely matter using quality parts and the price is more then fair! If youre in the market for suspension work you won't be disappointed with the guys at ATS! Will definitely be back

Great experience! Was recommended to ATS Springs form a fellow car enthusiast to fix the "tired" leaf springs on my 1970 Dodge Charger. I'm pretty particular about who does work on this car, and ATS did phenomenal work. The stance looks great, the height is where it should be, and there is a huge difference on ride. Absolutely satisfied. Also, the final cost was less than the price I was estimated - when does that EVER happen?? Highly recommend!

Great experience. They helped me with my old XJ that I have mostly restored, getting all the correct suspension parts. I’m a do it yourself guy, but I unfortunately had a difficult time doing the rear leaf springs myself, so I trusted them to do it. They are very familiar with how much of a pain these old XJs can be. I ordered a set of heavy duty leaf springs for my Nissan Frontier and I received outstanding customer service from ATS. Until I installed these springs on my truck I had only ever changed out leaf springs on my trailer. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had for installing these on my truck. He gave me the proper part numbers for the u bolts I needed and was spot on with the amount of lift I would get with the added leaf. They shipped it the same day I ordered and I received the parts within 2 days.

One of the plastic clips on one of the springs got damaged in shipping and ATS sent me 2 new clips free of charge to make it right. Install went relatively smooth and I can now safely tow my trailer. I highly recommend ATS and I am very happy with my purchase and this company.

This company is great! The parts I ordered came within a week. What I needed was in stock. I didn't have to talk to anybody or complain about not getting anything. I ordered my parts, the parts came, and now my truck rides smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for springs.

The U-bolts were a little more pricey, but after they came I found out why. They were fine thread and made perfectly to size. The only gripe I have is that I had to cut the ends off the u-bolts to fit my sockets on them because they did not have the length I needed. I had to order them longer. I also love to hate on fine thread because I am lazy and I want to turn my wrench as little as possible.

Very helpful with regards to customer service, and always nice to find a quality product locally. Their leaf springs have greatly improved the feel of my old Toyota.

I called several companies that I found online. I needed to order rear leaf springs for a 1964 Ford F100, they are hard to find. Of the 5 I call Bob Sr. was the most knowledgeable and helpful. I was considering having 1-2 inches of extra arc put into the springs and Bob offered to do that for free!!! There ended up being a two day delay on my order and Bob personally called me on the phone to inform me. Rarely do you get customer service like that now days and they had the best price. I can't wait to get them installed. Thanks to Bob Sr. and the crew at ATS!!! ~Pat
