100% best fishing gear spot around! The owner is the most down to earth guy I've met in a long time. Makes you feel right at home, like you're in the garage of your cool uncles house getting geared up. Its better to call ahead before going to make sure someone is there.

I’ve gone to him before my smallmouth trips and he even ordered a rod to the shop I’ve been looking for. 10/10

New to fly fishing, I went in for worms and walked out with a nice fly rod/reel setup. The owner really walked me through things. I loved it and Im getting a heavier setup for bass which already in the works and I can't wait to go back and pick it up. They don't sell cheap crap which is nice, all quality products! I'll be doing much more business there in the future!

Great shop! stopped in to check out some raingear, Eddie was very informative and helped me pick out the right gear. I was able to try it all on in store to make sure it all fit well...something you cant do online. Very satisfied with my purchase and I will be back soon. Glad my buddy showed me this shop.

Eddie is very helpful and has gone to great lengths to stock the things most anglers want to buy. Prices are what you should expect from a retail location with all the associated overhead. Support your local tackle shops or they will disappear in this digital age. Great place!

New owner and renovated shop. Been in a few times for various odds and ends. Expanded selection of rods, reels, lines, and all the tackle you need. Clothing, waders, boots and more. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. They carry everything from Allen reels to Abel reels (think Allen=$ compared to Abel=$$$$$) and everything in between.

This is absolutely the best fishing shop I've been to and its for true anglers. APS has lots of high end products Megabass, Evergreen, Shimano, Daiwa .etc. Rods, Reels, line, tackle, clothing ... you get my point. . My favorite thing about APS is it's variety to lures. OMG SO MANY...
Another important aspect to mention is its owners and staff. They have a good understanding what anglers, in my case bass anglers want and need. Products are priced well and not crazy overpriced.. just an all around great shop. I'm proud to have them in my backyard.

Always a good product lineup from strike king to megabass. Rod selection from g Loomis to diawa and the best reels to match. No need to drive an hour to cabelas for your bass fishing needs.
