Very clean store, items easily accessible. Competitive prices as well as many different options all in stock.

The manager of giant is awesome Mike the manager assisted me when my car was disabled battery dead stayed with me until I was able to get my car started and the store is always clean. They’re always professional now I know why it starts at the top.

One of the bigger giants in the area. They carry more of a variety of items unlike the perkasie and harleysville locations. Enjoy the (full) self checkout lanes, makes it easier for when im doing orders for IC etc.

They are a good fair store for pricing because they have many bonus members discounts etc that help reduce the high costs of food etc these days . Even more so using the bonus points as gas savings deduction per gallon is so nice. The foods are fresh , neat , clean , organized , and not many lines for checkout as they also have self checkout too. It is the store to go for your grocery needs.

And they never fail !!! Grabbed some groceries and was in and out.

Clean place, decent prices.

Been shopping here for many years! Love being known by the staff & being called by name & I know their names. Prices fairly good, competitive, goods are fresh... Love my store! I continue to shop there. I do really like the other offered services like Giant Direct & Delivery & I use every week to two.

Clean, well stocked, plenty of registers open and great employees

I sometimes have to go to multiple locations to get the quantity of products I am looking for. Not the stores fault as items fly off the shelves when they are popular. I usually get lucky at this location as I have been able to find what I was looking for.

Great location! This is their largest store in the area from what I can tell. The shelves are always well stocked and in neat order. They also have a lot of less common items that other locations seem to lack. The aisles are wide and clear for easy access. The quality of the fresh foods are impeccable and their organic section is the best of all stores in the area. Pricing is very competitive and the weekly deals are great. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. They always have carts available which is nice not to have to wrangle your own from the lot. My go to store when I need to fill my list.

I like some of the store brand products, nice selection of wine and beer. Produce seems always fresh. The parking here is horrible. This place even at the off times is still crowded .

Everything you need people are nice.
Bathrooms are clean.

Woman in front of me was asking for a smaller chuck roast. After checking, they had nine smaller. She was about to walk away, and I asked the meat guy and her if one could be split. As usual, they were accommodating. We both got the right sized chuck roast.

Nice, clean store. Love that they have the regular checkout lanes to do it yourself for big orders and then the easy scan area for smaller orders. Everyone has been very friendly. When we do the Giant Direct order pickup is easy to use the app and pickup is so easy. Justin, that brings the order out, is AWESOME! He’s super friendly, very good and doesn’t make mistakes and has even given my two kids lollipops when he sees them in the car. He makes me want to do pickup all the time! The other girls we’ve gotten are also friendly but we love getting Justin!

Customer service was super nice and helpful, on the phone and in person. I had a small issue and they addressed it immediately. Thanks very much for doing such a good job.

The customer service off the chain cashier save me 11 dollars should be employee of the month if looking for local market in area this the one go to great experience

Giant has had some occasional shortages of some products, but they have done very well with that over some other grocery stores. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

My go to for food. The views ain't half bad, either. I wish the GMO/budget produce section was half as big as their huge "Organic"/overpriced produce department. If I wanted WholeFoods or Trader Joe's, I'd grow a handlebar moustache and move to New Hope. But I don't. I just want a bunch of scallions for under $2.00. Forced organics aside, the helpful staff, the clean store, the fresh stock, the black yoga pants, and the frequent sales make it a winner. They have nicer house plants than Home Depot for less money. Plenty of parking spots. Usually able to bust in and outta there. Open till 10 Min thru Saturday, if I'm not mistaken, which is cool. Only downside is, Johnny 5 is alive. And he watches your every move thru a pair of oversized googly eyes filled with disapproval, methodically sweeping the same small area.

The store was pretty busy tonight for a Monday night. One of the workers tonight running self checkout absolutely made my night. After getting to the checkout, realizing my card wasn’t in my wallet, and going to search my car I came back in to get what I could from my cart with the cash I had on me. Without hesitation, she offered to pay for the remainder of my items and insisted on it. It was such an unexpected kind gesture on a stressful day. Thank you for being selfless and extending kindness!
