The new manager Bobby and the rep sky were kind, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store and wish there were more places who had employees that treated their customers this well!

Rob and the young woman working there were knowledgeable and curtios and made my experience pain free. They made the entire process pain free and really seemed to know how to get things done. They were fast and efficient and got me set up and out of there very quickly.

My daughter called this store to get help for my phone. I was locked out of my apps. Paul was TREMENDOUS in helping her to get it unlocked. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind with us. My husband prefers the Souderton store whenever we need help! Paul is a GREAT asset to T Mobile. Thank you Paul!!!!!

I went to this location to get a new 13 pro max ordered, and the people here did a great job helping me with that. I traded my 11 for $800 so the phone wasn't expensive at all. I worked with Ryan and he was super personable and knowledgeable about getting the new device. Ryan did a super job and I was in and out of the store quickly. The manager was even there and walked me through what case and screen protector to get. What a great location 10/10 would go there for customer service alone. They also helped me add a few voice lines in the past and always the customer service is excellent in the souderton store.

This store should be a training place for working at Tmobile. The employees of the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome instead of a bother. Very positive and friendly. Great experience!

What a GREAT experience we had with Service Rep Brandon!! He was so knowledgeable and professional and worked with us so patiently. We had two Samsungs and one IPhone all to be transferred from AT&T. The iphone release from AT&T was taking very long as their customer service center did not know how to allow the transfer to occur. Brando stayed with us past closing time as he finally got it to go through. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE and Brandon

I’ve been dealing with bad phone companies, rude customer service for so long I thought that was just the way I was supposed to be treated until I walked in to t mobile and a young gentleman by the name of Paul foster approached and help me understand the unknown of a cell phone bill he was knowledged and very professional. My husband and I were at this store because our disabled daughter was having trouble with her phone. We talked to Ruth about getting her a new phone . Ruth was so nice and helpful. Wrote down how to transfer her data to the new phone , told me if I had any problems to call her . Thank you Ruth you couldn't have been any nicer !😊💕

Even though I had purchased an unlocked phone from Amazon, these people went out of their way to not only activate my service with a new sim card on the new phone but to show me how to use it and explain some of its advantages. Later went back because of a mistake I made and they helped me all over again. Can't go wrong getting your T-mobile service from these guys! Andrew a great guy!

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile today. And, I have to say, Victoria was so professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice to talk with. She made my transition from AT&T to T-Mobile go as smoothly as possible. It was a pleasure to meet Victoria and do business with T-Mobile.
