Very timely turnaround, high quality printing, and excellent customer service.

I have been getting things done at ups and working with John and Devon for a long time. They take their job very seriously and want you to be happy. Very friendly, professional and the best at making your presentation the best.

After having trouble at another printing place (several times) I stopped in here and could not be happier I did. John was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made a project I was struggling with for days come together in a matter of minutes. I will be doing all my printing and shipping here, and I recommend you do as well :)

We needed to submit an urgent document to the immigration office and got the door closed to our face saying that they only accepted the filing through courier service and not by hand in person. After driving up from Boston in snow storm condition for four hours, this was a blow to us as we would miss the submission deadline once and for all. With only 1.5 hours on the clock before the immigration office closes for the day, we desperately rushed to the nearest UPS store and took a shot at possibly getting a delivery service within the hour. John understood our situation immediately and reached out multiple times for available services and drivers in the area and he was able to find a driver via Priority Mail, who was 30 mins away and could come directly to pick up and drop off the documents. And surely they delivered as promised! The files were accepted at 4:12pm, less than 20 mins before the immigration office closed and the deadline passed. Adam at the store helped us as well, after hearing about our situation, he recommended some local restaurants and places to visit and stay.
This is the level of service that truly shows care and compassion, way beyond the financial transaction or the business professionalism. They are in the business of servicing generous dose of humanity. We are truly in debt of John and Adam's help at the St Albans UPS store, and we give our wholehearted recommendations to them, even you need a package to be delivered, or just want to see a friendly face after a long wearing day.

This place is terrific. It was easy to find free parking out front, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I was able to take care of business very quickly. They offer many services, including notary, printing and mailbox rental.

I needed to have a gift package returned to the seller, the email exchanges between me and the employees at the UPS Store made the whole process perfect and stress free! Good job!

Prompt, efficient and competitively priced for photocopies and small print jobs. Turnaround has been exceptional and Jonathan is a one man photocopying and shipping tornado. Well done, UPS St. Albans!
