Got very personalized attentive service. Best stuff & best prices. Hence the term 'Best Buy'. Got my Quality TV at a Very Good Deal! I had enough money left over to get the 5 year extra service warranty. 5 Stars

Went up here to purchase a playstation 5. First thing when you walk in your welcomed by an employee asking if you need any help. Lovely idea and makes you feel like they appreciate you coming in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Even the cashout lady was very nice and sweet. Bonus points for still paying people to cash out.

I purchased a new HP laptop at Best Buy. Everything went well. There were plenty of salespeople available to assist me and answer questions. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend Best Buy to anyone purchasing electronics.

Always nice being able to walk around this store as no one ever asks me if I need assistance. Heck even trying to find someone to help you seems almost impossible. I've avoided a few almost impulsive appliance and TV purchases due to this. Always nice to get a bit more research in before throwing around a few thousand bucks.

Just had a great customer service experience here. We couldn't find what we came for even though online inventory said it was in stock. The employees went above and beyond to find it in the back corner of the warehouse and get it for us. Fantastic job!

I went in for something particular, I tried to find it myself, but the place is so massive & has even more items than I realized they sold, so I asked someone for help. He, ofcourse, found it right away & I was in & out in no time. Staff were really friendly & helpful!

Absolutely love shopping at Best Buy! The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. What sets this place apart is the staff—they're incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend for all your tech needs!

I have been awaiting my new computer, the Best Buy Business team assisted in my purchase, I affectionately named it Mushu, the little Chinese dragon that came to save the day. I am so glad they were able to special order my hp z book. The razer huntzman collection with chroma color is wonderful.

Went in for a new TV I had found on their website. Showed the sales rep Josh what I was looking for on my phone, and he proceeded to take me to the display area. However, the TV I was looking for wasn't out on the floor. Josh quickly checked the warehouse, and located what I was looking for. He even helped load it into my car. Excellent service, and helpful staff made for an easy trip.

My personal experiences with the Erie store have been exceptionally good. Sara(h?) & Susan are exemplary management, hands down! I go out of my way and travel over an hour and a half to Erie Pa, because I know that they are going to give me the best overall experience.

Been shopping at this best buy for like 15 years. I've never had any problems. Store is always clean, staff is almost always friendly. Sometimes knowledgeable in their departments, sometimes they're newer and not too sure about the specifics on products. Nothing that has never been hard to resolve by asking somebody else. I've never had an issue with price matching other big box stores prices or Amazon prices. TotalTech membership is totally worth it, and thats counting the fact that I do my own IT work and troubleshooting. The savings and automatic protection programs alone cover the cost; not to mention the rewards programs giving us plenty of goodies for shopping there regularly especially around Christmas time. In my area, they recently started using Roadie to ship in stock items to my door the same day. Which took me by surprise but a pleasant surprise it was. In my opinion best buy has come a long way in the service department from what they used to be and all of it for the better. Would definitely recommend this particular store and best buy in general for your broad techie needs.

I’ve always had an enjoyable experience at Best Buy. And today was no exception.
We traded in 2 and purchased 3 electronic items plus accessories .
Aliyana greeted us when we first entered the store and took care of us right to the end. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and tops in customer service .
Everything was transferred from old and setup on new. It was so easy and the time just flew. We are very happy, as we always are with the Erie store.

Brian, Walter, Chelsie, and Mike were very patient and helped me find exactly what I needed. I was very appreciative of their kindness as things like this can be stressful for me since my knowledge is very limited on technology. We were able to walk in, and we were immediately greeted by a sales associate. Our visit was very quick and easy because we knew exactly which TV we wanted, but the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the options/products for wall mounting the new TV!
