Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room, hallway, lobby, bar, conference rooms, and restaurant were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I was greeted at the door and was quickly greeted at the reception desk. The room was large and completely updated. The bed, furniture, bedding, lighting, and bathroom fixtures were luxurious. Parking was plentiful and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I was 100% satisfied with my stay and plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Erie.

From the moment my husband and I arrived we were greeted warmly. The staff were amazing. We stayed on floor 7 and it was beautiful. Clean . And comfortable. We had access to the club level and the food and snacks were delicious. Thanks you again for a wonderful stay. this is my 3rd stay here and I we hope to be back many many more times.

I LOVED my room! I brought me great joy to have a view of the lake. The room was so simply yet tastefully decorated. I enjoyed having a round work table with a big light above it that I could swing around as needed (this was a conference/working weekend). The French doors on the bathroom were lovely and enjoyed the spacious shower. The restaurant served great food and had great service - also enjoyed sitting outside for what was no doubt probably one of the final days to do so. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

For my wife and I this was a five-star experience. I really don't understand how Google Maps shows this as only a 3-star property. Every aspect of our stay from the people at the front desk to the rooms and views was excellent. We paid a bit extra for a top floor room which has a small club area which includes breakfast and I greatly recommend this if your budget can allow it. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was a totally enjoyable experience with excellent service.

Great location, incredible views, and enjoyed the restaurant. The hotel looks modern but at the same time has some woodwork you just don't see in newer buildings that adds a certain elegance. Looking forward to coming back in the summer and trying the outdoor dining.

I stayed the weekend with my family, this was our first time staying at the Sheraton, and we had an incredible stay. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was so polite, they absolutely made our experience more enjoyable. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, stunning! The location is perfect, the lobby is beautiful, we will be staying there again!

Still ironing out a few renovation challenges (ie tap a bit too close to water valve to turn on, shower door stuck). But in general overall an amazing place. Location is incredible. Beautiful views. Close to many restaurants and the bar/restaurant in the hotel is great. Club lounge is a lovely place to sit. Great breakfast with lovely staff…would love a bit more to choose from later in the day and wine service would be nice at night. But again, all small things as we had a wonderful time in a very beautiful hotel.

Highly recommend adding the Sheraton to your list of places to stay while visiting Erie! We ended up staying in the area an extra night so we didn’t initially have a reservation. Stephanie was quick to help and she was incredibly nice to work with. She connected my Marriot Bonvoy account, got us into a great room, and made sure we had all the details necessary to ensure we had a positive stay. I’ve never enjoyed a check-in process more. Words can't describe how incredible my stay was. Actually words can describe it.. Alyssa and biz are the best bartenders I have come in contact with. Their customer service along with their knowledge of Erie, cocktails, and hospitality completed my stay. I can confidently say I am now a loyal returning customer of the Bayfront Erie Hotel thank you Alyssa and Biz!

The wife and I stayed here for a mini vacation just to get away for a night. The hotel was clean as could be, very modern, very nice, the staff were extra friendly. There was also a lot of really cool places within walking distance which made for a really nice evening. All in all I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone, and we plan on coming back! A huge bonus for us was the pool & hot tub being open until 2AM for adults!

All I can say is WOW! Stephanie at the front desk working on 2/14/24 at 8:30 pm was the definition of excellent customer service! I would hire her myself! This lady needs a raise! PS: don’t ever loose her!

We found ourselves looking for a hotel room at 5am close to Hamot where we found ourselves after a family emergency. Other hotels had locked doors or sketchy service. The Sheraton invited us in with a friendly and helpful attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to assist us during our time of need. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the coffee was excellent. We’ll be staying at the Bayfront Sheraton for all our Erie trips from now on.

Had a wonderful visit, breakfast was fun in the igloo and we were taken care of by Amelia and Anna. Went back for drinks later and the view of the bay is beautiful, enjoyed our bartender Alyssa, she a keeper!

This is a fantastic hotel. Staff does an absolutely wonderful job of attending to needs and accommodating. Food is very good. The atmosphere is awesome.

From the minute I entered the lobby I was welcomed to the Sheraton by the host on duty Lillian. Since we were new to the area she was very knowledgeable on what to do and where to go. The Sheraton is lucky to have her on their team. Right when you didn’t think it could get much better at a chain hotel… Dave was around the corner assisting us on breweries and restaurants. He too knew exactly where to send us for great food and fun! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant with Hannah our waitress was perfect. I don’t think servers get the credit they deserve so thanks Hannah for too notch service. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave the room 4 starts was the shower floor could definitely use an update. It was nothing that would stop me from staying here again.

Sunset Suite is a great space. 2 very large rooms, the furniture is comfortable, and the club lounge has good snacks.

On site dining is on the pricier side but you aren't far from many dining options downtown.

Fantastic experience. Staff were friendly and anticipated our needs. Service was perfect, accomidations were greatly, facility was clean and inviting. We had the best stay!!! We especially appreciated them accommodating my elderly parents and their unique needs!

Our experience at the Bayfront Grill was amazing! Anna and Amelia were very attentive and provided excellent service. Will definitely be back!

We always choose the Sheraton Erie Bay front when we stay in Erie. The location on the bay is beautiful. We were happy to stay in a refurbished room this time. So clean and modern. The bathroom lighting however is not great for putting on makeup.

Stayed there last night...8/27/2023. Great hotel and staffing! I wish you had more walking areas to see local shops. I felt like all we did was walk through parking lots outside of the hotel and saw no other venues there.I suggest that you attend the next Erie planning commission meeting and push for a friendly area to walk in in your area.
