I've been shopping here for years and have never been disappointed! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that like to help you with finding everything you need. Large selection of games be it video or board. Lots of music and movies/TV series as well. Clean welcoming environment

My husband and I come here quite often and will spend a lot of time looking around. They always have a great selection of movies, shows, games, and a ton of other merch! Staff is always very helpful and knowledgable and if they dont have something, they will check to see if they can get it in for you. The prices are pretty great and cheap for the most part. Sometimes they can be a little confusing or cheaper 'new' elsewhere. But I find that to be pretty rare. Speaking of rare.. I also love that I can find rare movies and stuff here! Movies from my childhood and growing up that Im thrilled to add to my collection!

I love this store! Associates are so helpful and friendly. They know the stock very well. If they don't have something, they can order it in. Vinyl, cds, games (new and vintage), Blu-ray, dvds and collectibles - something for everyone

Always a great experience. Video games, movies, music, and cultural collectibles. Newly expanded vinyl section and amazing staff members. If they don't have the title you're looking for, they'll order it.

Best place for games(all systems, even super old), music(CDs, vinyl records), and movies(DVDs Blu-ray, box sets).

I enjoy visiting here. Lots of trendy geeky things to buy. Retro gaming stuff seems a little high in price but usually have what I'm looking for. They have multiple stores and can get you what you need from other stores if not in stock. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking lot is small. Overall, the place is kosher.

It's nerd culture encapsulated. Between the Exchange and Books Galore I don't feel the need to shop anywhere else for my entertainment dollars. Plus, the staff are knowledgeable and honest which helps to further set it apart. If you like anything that has been on a screen or in a stereo, you will find something interesting here. Highly recommend.

Looking for a dvd could not find it the the young lady found it right away and was very helpful

This was my first visit to the store and the verity of video games and video game consoles is overwhelming. There is hundreds of different titles across basically all platforms to choose from. The employees are very nice and helpful. I had a question about a item the guy didn't have an answer so he took the time to find an answer for me. I would love to revisit the exchange again but it is in Erie and I live near Warren so it's quite a drive for me and because of that I'm not sure when I'll be able to return.

this place is amazing i got excellent copies of pokemon special yellow and platnium. they have wonderful collectables movies music and games.
