Always friendly staff, very quick to bring out my drive up orders.

I wish my neighborhood Target store was as nice as this one! This store is so clean and orderly. Moreover, all the employees are super helpful and friendly. In my neighborhood Target, the employees aren't nearly as helpful or as friendly! Also, the selection in this store seemed much better in terms of pricing and range of products offered. Definitely a tale of two Targets and if I could just choose one to shop in, this one in Erie PA would be it!

Great service, friendly staff, and if you are looking for holiday merchandise this is the place to go to. I have found the best prices here for toiletries, and the bonus packs on toothpaste are the best anywhere. The frozen blueberries are also quite good and are priced right.

Michael at the customer service desk is amazing. It was crazy busy, people lined up to the door and he's the only one on the desk. He treated every customer kindly and was extremely helpful. He wasn't frustrated or angry. Totally professional. This is hard to find these days.

Target on upper Peach in Erie is awesome. The employees are friendly and helpful, plus with a red redcard you get free drive up and delivery! I highly recommend!

I made a quick stop to pick up a couple webbed chairs and stopped in at Starbucks for a luscious dragonfruit cold drink along with a little protein snack. I was in and out quickly. The store is always very clean when I'm in and I am fairly familiar with the layout making it easy to locate what I need. The one thing I don't understand is why there's self checkout,but if you're paying in cash you still need a target assistant to check you out. I'm glad the employee is still available because often I just enjoy seeing a friendly face instead of a camera staring into my soul whilst I check out.

I love this store. But like all Targets it should come with a warning. Be prepared to spend 2-5× the amount you intended to spend and find all kinds of great things you didn't realize you needed. The dollar-ish spot is fantastic! Husbands can give it a fair chance or wait in the car.... it will be a while. Using pick up in store or drive up is the better option, but be careful with the app as it is almost as much of a vortex as the store. You just become a tornado spinning through isles and pages adding more and more to your cart. As you add more and more the amount you are spending matters less and less because well you are already spending $$$ so another $ wont hurt that much. Now that you've been properly warned I recommend this store because they do have good products.

Excellent pharmacy staff, friendly and attentive courtesy desk, electronics and checkout staff. Clean store with appealing, clean end caps. And hand baskets are well-stocked throughout which is one of the high-ranking points for me.

I absolutely love the pick up and drive up pick up service. This is a great service and very fast!!! I will always use this as long as you offer it!

I had a really great experience and definitely love going to this Target the most now after my experience. Well organized got helped right away and found some really great deals for my soon to arrive baby.

I have had to pick up orders at Walmart, various locations, and it is ALWAYS been a nightmare. Today at Target my experience was the total opposite. Not only did I have a curbside order, that I picked up inside, I also wanted to return two or three of those items, and then needed to check out with things we had picked up in the store as well. With all of that, I expected the worst, but as usual, hope for the best. It was the most non-stressful experience I have had all season. Your cashier was very friendly, effecient, and handled all my issues like they weren't issues at all. I was so impressed, and it takes a lot for me to be impressed. The check out lines moved effeciently, people were friendly, cashiers were friendly. We drive about an hour to visit the Erie, PA store on a regular basis and I will absolutely continue to do so, until we get our Target in Lakewood, NY. Then I can assure you I will be a regular shopper at that location too, unless they do not meet up to my standards like your location and then I will drive to Erie. Your excellent customer service is appreciated more than you know, especially when dealing with stressful and often rude holiday shoppers, working long hours, and missing time to prepare for your holidays. Thank you for all you do and for doing it with a smile on your face and patience for some of us who have lost ours. Please keep up the excellent work. We were looking for storage containers and talked on the phone to a very helpful employee who just happened to be the same person we picked our order up from. She had it all ready in the cart for us and we were in/out in a matter of minutes. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you!!

I ordered something online and the picture showed the item as a pair for a low price. That's why I spent the extra money to drive 35 miles to the store to pick it up. When I got there they handed me one and not a pair of them. So they made it good with me and gave me the other one even though the item was supposed to be one. I don't know how many stores would do that but that makes me want to shop at Target as my first stop when I'm out.

Thought I can find the toilet repair kit, they do not have that sort of thing I ended up going to Walmart and getting the toilet repair kit there.

I like the store. It's always clean and the people there are very friendly. I do miss my Charlottesville, VA store since it seemed to have more variety, but this is a great store for the area.
