Loretta Sutton is beyond AMAZING! I had such a terrible experience prior to meeting her with another carrier. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and full of information. She is a wealth of knowledge. Just when you think that customer service is non-existent she is a breath of fresh air. Not only was she attentive to me she also greeted others as they walked in, a customer sneezed and she said, “bless you” and another was wondering around and she let them know she would be with them in a moment and thanked them for waiting patiently. WOW!!!

We recently became new AT&T customers for cellphone service. It’s amazing. Prices are fabulous. The AT&T store on Peach Street in Erie, Pa is wonderful. The employees that have helped us,(Anthony, Ricardo, & Shawn) are very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, welcoming and very helpful. They will do EVERYTHING to help you and fix your problem.

Our salesman, Anthony was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is the reason why AT&T stays on top!

Nick was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me purchase a new phone! We ran into some hang-ups on Straight Talk’s end, but I was able to transfer my number to a nice, new iPhone 14 Pro Max and they even had purple in stock! Great experience

I sought support from AT&T after experiencing identity theft, as my provider, Verizon, was unhelpful. I visited the Peach Street store, where Loretta went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns. I can't express how grateful I am for the outstanding assistance I received from the AT&T store, with Loretta going beyond her job requirements to help me. Grateful to have switched carriers 🥺👏🫶

Anthony helped me as soon as we entered the store. We were early for my appointment and he started right away. I told him what I was looking for based on my current needs. He shared a current promotion which fulfilled more services that would ultimately be needed with one visit to the store.

Loretta was absolutely awesome !! Fast, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Been going to her for all my AT&T needs for over 10 years.. She has always provided the best assistance and so professional.
