I stopped in after having a medical procedure done this morning (and was in a uncomfortable state), and the pharmacist (Cameron) filled my prescription in a quick and courteous manner. Thank you Cameron for the great customer service!

Mister Pierce kept looking at me plainly while drinking what appears to be urine. He at least gave me great directions to where the Motrin was, so hey!

The one pharmacist talked about league of legends with me and told me how to not be awful at it. Great for both medication and pointers on how to not suck!

I am full-time RV and sometimes getting my prescription refill in different states can be an issue. The pharmacist was helpful and directed me on how I could save some money as I’m in between coverage at the moment. Super kind! And explain everything. Saved me $$.

The CSA’s work super hard and are always busy taking care of the store doing their best. Great customer service up front and everyone is very respectful! The store has really improved over the past few months.

The staff up front are very helpful, especially Pilot and Emily. Very friendly, great customer service!

The employees up front are fantastic! Always working hard.

My pharmacy experience has been back-and-forth but they have improved over the last month or two.I have always been treated with respect when I connect with them they always have my medications ready when I need them. One thing I have been incredibly unhappy with is the rewards plan they always say you can save money get money off your next purchase and when you go into use your coupons they’ll tell you that you can’t use it until your next purchase and then again and again to where you can never use your coupons. When one spends tons of money in a store, You expect to be able to use the reward points when they tell you you can. It’s always a run around. Why tell a customer they have reward points when you’re not gonna let them use them during your purchase. In good faith the store should let the customer use their reward points at the time of their purchase. The reward points go Towards nothing it’s faults information. I want to add that Justine the pharmacist is the best asset to that store. She takes care of things and really has compassion for her patients it speaks volumes and how much she loves her job I can always count on her to take care of things always! Thank you Justine!

Only thing I would recommend is fixing your open times online says your open until 9 but actually u close at 6

I went to pick up my meds and the pharmacist just drank urine samples for a minute and a half before she gave them to me. I was off that day, so I had time to burn, but I imagine more customers would prefer things in a more timely manner. She was pretty cute and it was however, very entertaining.

Hours not listed anywhere at the store and they close whenever it suits them (despite what their own website says). Frustrating.

The pharmacy is the most chaotic and disorganized mess. The pharmacist cannot answer basic questions about medication’s in stock or not. Her team Unfortunately, do not have the customer service skills To adequately, serve the public. I get that everyone is understaffed, but three people walked out while I waited for the pharmacist to walk around aimlessly like it was her first day on the job.

This review is directed solely to the general manager. I have never encountered a more rude individual let alone someone who is running a store. I promise you I will never step foot in that store and I will tell everyone I know to run... I really feel for the employees.....

Called to see about my kids prescription and if it was ready and the pharmacist on phone was very rude I will never call that place again I understand they get busy but if you dont like your job get a new one

Very slow.tell you on the phone they will fill now.never ready when you get there.refused my insurance numerous times when they were missing a number from my card for months.thier error
not impressed.caused me a lot of useless time on the phone with my insurance company.

I wrote a review a long time back criticizing this pharmacy and a recent visit was no different. They seem to be perpetually understaffed and overworked (but I'll give them kudos for at least trying to serve customers promptly) and often it seems the technicians are 'in training.' I think they have a management problem. Also, could you make the pharmacy counter a little bit more pleasing to look at?

I went to pick up my order, and the incredibly rude cashier kept refusing me, and kept repeating "Sir this is not McDonald's"
