Have been a loyal customer for many years and happened to call their office on a Friday evening shortly before 5pm. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maureen who was extremely helpful and assisted me with several different questions. Although I thought my question would be relatively quick, it turned out to be a little more involved. I appreciate the time Maureen took to help me! In today's world, having good customer services is so important and in this office, staff are always accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

Extremely satisfied with the friendly service from everyone I have ever dealt with at this office! Customer for 5 years, I unfortunately had to use their roadside assistance recently. Stellar service, quick and their roadside associate was so very nice. I hopefully will never have to use it again, but I rest easier knowing how excellent the service was - cannot recommend Shawn Velez and his staff or State Farm highly enough.

I was getting coverage for a scooter which was an unpopular brand, so it made it difficult to look up and insure. But she hit the right buttons, typed in her special codes and Bam!! It worked. I cant express what amazing customer service these guys here offer. Even if you want cheaper rates elsewhere, you make up for it on great vibes from all the staff. They really do their job well and efficiently. Btw, I cant find cheaper rates than State Farm anywhere. And I wont go looking either. My family is happy with Shawn and the Gang.
