Love this Old Navy. It's a lot bigger than the Southbury and Shops and Farmington. Ton of selection for plus size gals.

Lots of clearance and sales. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked.

Customer service was awesome. The young man I spoke to was very polite and understanding. Came picked up my order that was ready and had order an other same item mins apart and I asked if he can get me the other item also and he did with such great attitude and his personality was awesome, wish there was more people like him❤ I didn’t get his name but it was about 11:50am on 2/28 . They always have great sales going on and most of their things are good quality. If you buy stretchy jeans tho they stay stretched out and baggy so I recommend avoiding them. They're regular dark denim jeans are great tho

It has good discounts on clothing and even better discounts if you have Gap/Old Navy credit card as they give coupons. Sometimes I had to pay little amount after using these coupons. Has good collection of clothes.

While I still struggling with Old Navy & them 9inch men's shorts, I Love Old Navy. Had a pleasant, shopping experience, had no issues with online returns, & they re-order my size and mail it to my house free of charge. Hi-5 2 Old Navy👋

I have really been loving this store lately. I've made several online purchases over the last two months. They have been having percentages off sales every time I go on the site. I am all set for my upcoming vacation.

The cashier Dee Dee totally just knocked out the line she had and was able to take care of 2 customers seamlessly!!! Haven’t seen a cashier that fast in a while!! Oh and she wasn’t frantic looking at all!!!

Old navy is a nice store where you can find trendy clothes for cheap. They have nice jackets

Found a great deal a little bit chaotic inside but overall was clean and they were helpful
