Love the deals on brand name items here. Their helpful staff is wonderful, I have bought several things from them at the jewelry counter and love it all. The staff is great!! Best of all the few things I have had problems with I was able to return or exchange with no problem. Thank you all.

Tj Max has a home department. its small but had exactly what i was looking for. 100% cotton bedding and some cool bedding accessories. Of coarse i had to leave quickly because there is so many other items throughout the store.

The store was clean and organized even just a few days before Christmas when most stores are chaos. The store manager, Mrs. Pytel helped me find a few amazing gifts as I was shopping for my team members' holiday party raffle gifts. A great store!

COVID update: The store is always clean, PPE compliant and I always see at least 1 or 2 employees sanitizing while shopping there often over the last year. They make diligent efforts at a clean/organized store, provide quality customer service (very little employee turnover considering it is a retail store) and they always have the most unique finds and bargains at this location❤💄📿👠🛍🧮🪥🧺🧹🛋💳🤷🏻‍♀💰👜🩲👞👟

Great customers service! associates in the store were very helpful, I was shopping for luggage set and I was looking full set of three, unfortunately they did not have a three of the same luggage in this store. Associate went about and beyond and called nearby stores to find the luggage I was looking for.

Wonderful experience as always at the Farmington TJ... My ladies all know me there and say hi. Some of them have been there as long as I have been going there....and that's alot of years. That speaks to the type of management it must have! Today I had a new lady ring me out who could not have been more patient or pleasant. First I returned several items then purchased a ton then came back for a missing piece and to return some of the items on two receipts. Many of the items had security tags, the store was crowded and yet still she was so calm and patient with all my special requests and time. Thank you Mary for reminding me why I always enjoy shopping at tjmaxx stores!!

This TJ Maxx is one of the bigger ones I've been to, and it pays off in selection and value. We got some sturdy luggage from here that's lasted us a few years now, and no regrets! Definitely loads better value than getting overpriced luggage from some of the nearby stores in the mall.
