My family and I came to celebrate Father's day here and it was so awesome! We set up right under the bridge and it has a little pocket of water there for the kids to get in and play! Whenever they are done swimming they go to the playground and run around and dry off lol it was such a beautiful day! And the sun sets here are breathtaking!

Love this place. The sidewalks are nice and even for bike riding and there's usually enough seating to have a good time without getting in someone's way. Equipment is clean and looks to be in good repair. If you've got little ones, the river is a bit of a concern. You can slide down the embankment and it's hard to get back up without walking to the edge. Park on the south side of Picacho and walk under the bridge.

Nice views of the Rio Grande River, right on a nature trail and the restrooms were fairly clean.

Beautiful, huge walking or bicycling path following the riverbanks. The path is paved and has 1/4 mile markers. A playground for children. Underneath the bridge over the water there are tons of swallows and other birds. Wonderful sunset walking.

Beautiful day for husband to walk which meant I also walked 2.8 miles omg gonna pay for it tomorrow. Awesome walkways & I would have rather been in the Rio Grande with everyone floating.
