I want to write about the great experience I had working with Kate Gusy at Brooks, Todd and McNeil. I want to acknowledge her for all her help in changing my insurance, and her great customer service.

I know there was a lot of work on her part to get this great rate, and get this done as quickly as she did. I have not shopped for insurance for some time and she was really helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, and addressed my concerns.

In the end, I felt I was in good hands and confident that my insurance coverage was complete, and with VERY significant savings.

Still it is not always the final amount that matters most, It's also how you get there that makes a difference, and what you remember.

Kate Gusy is a consummate professional and a testament to great customer service. I have used Kate for 20 years at BT&M and in my first year, while getting a better policy, recognized significant savings on my home/auto policy.
