Contrary to their name, C&G One Hour also install A/C. They were very professional and courteous, planned the whole thing perfectly, and consulted with us along the way. They also finished up when they said they would!

We have used C&G for years and have always been so pleased with the service. Each and every service person has been warm and friendly and super skilled. Always on time, too. A special shout-out to Alex who is not only efficient but kind and pleasant. He's our dog whisperer!

Mike showed up on time for the diagnostic visit regarding a problem with my furnace. He was polite, thorough, and engaging. I told him that I especially liked that the company sends an e-mail with his photo before he arrives, so that he can be identified immediately. This is an excellent way to make sure you're opening the door to the right person!

I called after hours and spoke to a real person who was able to help me identify what help I needed. It was not an emergency so he took my contact info and said they would call me on the next business day. I got a call back at 8 am! The appointment was set for the next day and he arrived as scheduled. He was in a uniform with a company insignia and name tag. He was professional, calm, willing to explain what was going on through the process, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He gave me my options to resolve the problem and the associated costs up front. GREAT experience!!!

As allways Mike came on time (in this case five minutes early) carrying not just the tools to complete the job, but professionalism of the highest degree. This is the second time I’ve had Mike and I now request him every time . He completed the cleaning and yearly maintenance quickly and gave a very in depth explanation of the system and how he was cleaning it, in a way I was able to understand. This company is phenomenal at what they do and hold their employees to a very high standard. I highly recommend.

This service has been excellent in maintaining our heating and air conditioning systems. They have consistently been responsive to our needs and proactive. The back office people are pleasant, polite and helpful, and they make it easy for us to keep on track with appropriate service visits. They also have relatively narrow (two hour) service windows so that instead of having to wait for half a day for the technician to arrive, most of your day remains free for you to use. They also have good emergency service availability. The technician who most recently has been doing our semi-annual service, Alex, is excellent: polite and personable, knowledgeable and thorough, efficient and interested. He fully addresses all of our questions and concerns and takes those extra steps that ensure the service meets our needs. I think this firm provides excellent value at a reasonable price.

Alex serviced my AC unit for both my summer cooling and winter heating seasons. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explains the procedures he will perform as part of the service call and then summarizes his findings when done. He recommends additional services when necessary and provides guidance. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Thank you Alex!

We had Alex come to our home to check our furnace over. He went above and beyond what he had to do. He was so friendly, pleasant and polite! He is a great worker and I would recommend this company to anyone!

C&G had given me three quotes for the repair, depending on what they found when the old water tank came out. No pipes needed replacing, which brought the repair at the lowest price point. Mike explained what he did clearly. Very satisfied.

Alex provided great service as he has in the past. And I am extremely grateful that he came prepared with all his personal protective equipment and maintained the appropriate distance separation during the service. Madison and C&G as a whole were professional and efficient with the whole process. They are really knowledgeable and helpful with HVAC installation and were willing to take on a job in a conveyed factory condo building when other companies would not. Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable but also polite and respectful of the home. Have had three years with this company and the same technician. My experience has been extremely positive. Would recommend to others. Addendum to the above. Recently I required a furnace replacement. The lead installer Dylan was terrific! They always kept me informed and there was very little downtime. Left the premises neat as a pin. Furnace is working great! Another addendum, they continue to perform reliably year after year.

One Hour has been to my place to repair my aging central AC & oil burner a few times over past 2 years - always prompt, courteous and go out of their way to fully explain everything. Been so happy with their service I went ahead and had them install new AC & furnace to replace the 20+ year old setup. Got several quotes and they offered best value on a high quality setup - installation was smooth and painless.

Great service. Outstanding, professional technicians. Dylan and Nate knew exactly what they were doing, got right to it with no nonsense, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Mike comes to service most often. He is excellent.
Always very clear about what needs to be done. Very friendly and courteous ! Today he brought along a young female intern, Madison, who was delightful. I was very impressed that she is learning the business and the skills. She had attended a technical high school as well. Good for her 👍🏻 They were a great team.

John was great! He was able to fix our furnace, and answer all our questions. We are even having him come back to service our hot water heater and AC soon. I highly recommend them.
