Got this made for my god daughter and they did a great job! Christian and Michael had amazing customer service and friendly service I will be back to get more things done they done shirts for me and puzzles for my anniversary they never let me down. And they always get it done before the time it’s needed thank you for everything you guys!!

We came at the end of the day and Mario was the most helpful kind person ever. He stayed late to make our shirts we wanted for the morning. He went well above and beyond for us and we appreciated him so much.

Came to Iowa Custom on a last min emergency stop & Micheal & Mario were AMAZINGGGGG, they were able to squeeze me in & execute the design I wanted & get it done in time for my nephews birthday!!! I will definitely be back for future customs :)

Had a great experience. Brought in 3 hoodies to get lettering printed. He texted me and had it done in 30 min or less. He even fixed a hoodie for me that previously got printed incorrectly somewhere else and he was able to make an adjustment to my satisfaction. Definitely will be back

Michael and his team are awesome! I had a rather large order that needed to be created and customized. Iowa Custom T-Shirts and Hats not only assisted in creating the design, but completed the order way before the deadline. Michael kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. He is extremely patient and professional. I had had several t-shirts done with this company in the past, but never a large order. I was not disappointed and my entire family raved over the design! I highly recommend using this company!

Christian is absolutely amazing to work with. I called 3 different times with questions and he was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Once we arrived to the Cedar Rapids location, Christian was very welcoming and answered all of our questions with out hesitation.
During the process there was a small delay on getting our hoodies due to equipment malfunctions. With Christian's technical knowledge he was able to trouble shoot & resolve the issues expeditiously. He also communicated the issues honestly & in a straight forward manner by walking us through the production techniques he uses to produce top notch garments.
Based on the level of customer service & production knowledge we were surprised he has only been there 5 months. Being able to multi task with additional customers including us, this appeared to be second nature for him.
As new customer to your company, we do not have establishments or same day service like this in our area. We are now willing to travel two hours in order to have the same type of service we received with IowaTees in Cedar Rapids. We can only dream of a location closer to us.

Recently, I had an idea for a T-shirt I wanted, but only needed one of. I remembered seeing Iowa Custom at Merle Hay, and decided to contact them. Am I glad I did! They were great to work with, and got me EXACTLY what I had in mind, at a fair price, and faster than I expected. The service was excellent too. I’m already thinking of another project, and I’ll definitely go back to them for it.

I was looking for a no minimum reasonable turn around embroidery location nearby and came across this location in Merle Hay Mall. I put in an online request on Saturday for pricing and timeline along with a picture of what I was looking for but did not receive any confirmation that it was received and figured I would go in Sunday and talk with someone since I had a deadline.

I took the two sweatshirts in on Sunday afternoon to talk to someone, to get a quote and timeline for embroidery that I needed for our team banquet that Friday. Ashlyn was able to pull up my email with the photo. At that time they were having some trouble with the embroidery machine, but I was assured it was going to be looked at and would be working on Monday and that my order could be filled in time. I totally appreciate the fact that there are no minimum order stipulations and they offer quick turn around.

Ashlyn took my order and was patient and most helpful showing me examples, going over fonts and sizes and the placement with me. We decided on the design and payment was made (payment is required up front)… right around $32 for pocket area embroidery on two sweatshirts to be ready by Thursday. I checked in Wednesday afternoon when I was in the area (after seeing snow forecasts for Thursday and wanting to be able to pick them up) and was told Ashlyn was planning on having them done that evening after she came in at 4pm. And I would receive a text to let me know the order was complete. At 7pm I received the message and went to pick up the order. The sweatshirts looked fantastic!

The store offers shirts, hats and so many items for embroidery, personalization, screen printing… I will be back and won’t hesitate to use this location for future orders.

It was a super experience. The two sales personnel who assisted us were extremely helpful. They were friendly and personable. They shared some design ideas which made our purchase unique for us. They were able to add an additional idea while we waited. We are pleased with what they constructed for us. Thank You.

I was really overly filled with happiness !!! The customer service I received was beyond amazing..... I was a little embarrassed bcuz I've never have had a hoodie personalized and felt a little dumb bcuz I didn't know the process of being able to choose lettering, colors, font, etc...... I have to say immediately I felt comfortable as I was told no problem and was walked through the process of developing a beautiful centimental piece.
