I have used Bruce for over 15 years. Always got the job done.

I had an issue with what I thought was a backed up sewer line from my house and needed help fast. It was a nightmare cleanup...I called (3) local plumbers and they all recommended Bruce, and now I know why! He got back to me quickly and took the time to listen to my problem in detail. He suggested that it may have something to do with the city's main line. He told me I should call the city to have them check their main lines. They did, and come to find out, that was the issue!

I appreciate that Bruce was kind enough to share his professional experience without asking for anything in return. His help saved the day for my wife and new baby which could have been a nightmare situation. I will gladly be recommending him to anyone with similar problems in the future.

One guy just sat in the truck, which the older guy had parked ON the sidewalk making it nearly impossible for people to get by (kids on bikes couldn't). They claim they park on sidewalks all the time, and refused to move. Poor customer service, poor social skills, very disrespectful. Never hire these people.

Got my sink unclogged - good. Charged $150 for an hour's work - expensive. Unclean and unprepared - bad. Had to call a plumber to fix his mess - worse.
