I have been living at Blvd&Bond for 2.5 years, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to Target, Roche Bros, Nike, and a TON of restaurants. The amenities, such as the gym and the river-overlooking lounge, are also well-kept and add to the overall enjoyment of living here. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed by the management team.

I also appreciate the sense of community here. There are often events and gatherings organized by the management team, providing opportunities to meet neighbors and make new friends. I remember one event where the management team booked an entire movie theater at Majestic 7 for a resident-only movie night – how cool!

One thing I particularly appreciate is the management and staff here. I have personally dealt with Rachel, Liz, Chantal, and Floyd, and they are all phenomenal people. Not only are they professional and respectful, but also friendly and accommodating.

Overall, I highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I've had a great time here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been living here for over a year and I absolutely love it! I work from home, and can grab coffee, breakfast, and a variety of lunch within 5 minutes between meetings. I can also get to my gym within 5 minutes. It is quiet at night for the most part. The maintenance people are nice and respond very quickly. I don’t think I will be moving out anytime soon!

Blvd & Bond has friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The facilities are new and well maintained. The location is amazingly convenient with just about any restaurant type (12+) or vendor (Target, CVS, and Home Depot+) you can imagine within a 3-5 minute walk.

Blvd & Bond is my place I love to call home. Industry leading apartments with all the amenities you could ask for. From management down to the staff who keep our entrances and apartment buildings pristine and fresh, one of the best in the industry and market.

Working with the Bozzuto team, they have always been here for me since the beginning. They are always either a call, email or walk away from being able to help in any way possible.

I have lived in a number of different apartments over the years and by far, Blvd & Bond is my true home and I do not foresee moving out anytime soon.

To end, my building has the best door knockers…it’s a lion!

After living here for a month, I starting to like this place, A LOT. So many great restaurants are around me. Even though the construction gets annoying especially middle of the night or super early morning, those doors are doing its job from the outside noise. (Really good insulation)

Also, I want to thank Gianna for convincing me to lease in this apartment. Even thought the rent is high, you get what you paid for. I hope they starts to put some stuff for 66 Bond amenities room. There's too much in the 88 5th floor.

I moved into Blvd & Bond on August 21, 2023 with my senior dog Cadbury. The process by which I took was guided nicely by Rachel. I had the pleasure of meeting with Liz who brought me on the tour and I absolutely loved the apartment and could begin to envision my space.

Once approved, the process was seamless. On key day, I was presented with all kinds of welcoming gifts to make the first few weeks easy as I got settled in.

The neighbor discounts at the local restaurants are a nice touch and definitely have me frequenting the establishments (far too often).

Arsenal Yards is a village within a town. I have enjoyed the community events as well as those sponsored by Bazzuto. It is nice that they work to connect the residence.

We continue to grow a tight knit dog community, which Blvd & Bond is very strong with.

The amenity spaces are beautiful and inviting, however if I can be honest the price to rent the spaces are a bit high for the rental prices of the apartments.

The gym is state of the art and the gaming systems from golf simulator to buck hunter to Mario Cart are fantastic. There is also a poker table, pool table, and shuffle board! And we can’t forget the local park behind Arsenal Yards with tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer, baseball and playground. Surrounded by the charming Charles River home to the Head of the Charles. And yes, there is a new dog park which opened just before summer 2023

Having covered parking in a 24 hour secured environment makes for a positive and safe experience for guests and residents alike.

Locally, you have Warrior Ice Arena home to the Pride (women’s NHL), Bruins practice facility and learn to skate and play options. Auerbach Center home to the Celtics practice facility and Roadrunner (music venue).

There are countless grocery shopping options (Star Market, Stop & Shop and Trader Joe’s in Allston/Brighton, Roche Bros & Gordon Liquors @ Arsenal Yards AND Hanniford’s and Market Basket in nearby Waltham).

Close to BC & Harvard University as well as Harvard Sq. with an AM and PM shuttle from Arsenal Yards to Harvard Sq. Red Line MBTA train service.

The local Watertown Library has a book mobile on Thursday and between the events put on by Arsenal Yards and the landlord, you are bound to find something to do.

Blvd & Bond truly has it all.

Blvd & Bond knows how to entertain locally! Tonight they offerree stand-up comedy. Had some amazing artists of the trade. Absolutely loved every laugh.

Great place to live. Amazing apartments with great amenities and service. The management is excellent and very helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. There are always a bunch of events organized for the residences and the management has taken the effort of tying up with home cleaners and other services. There's a really nice app for residences to interact with each other. The locality is great. There are a bunch of restaurants, a grocery store, gyms and even a movie theater in the area. I was afraid the locality would be really crowded but the apartments are designed in a way to maintain privacy. Great parking area for residences. Absolutely love living here ! My husband and I really enjoyed our time living at Blvd & Bond. The apartments are brand new with high end upgrades. While we had very few maintenance issues while living here, all maintenance issues were taken care of within a couple of hours. The staff was quick to respond to emails and address any concerns we had. The apartment complex has tons of amenities, including a sky deck, video game rooms, gym, etc. While there is some noise related to construction in the area, the complex was always communicative and let us know when to expect construction noise, fire alarm testing, etc.

The location is fantastic, with tons of restaurants, shops, fitness studios, grocery store and a Target within walking distance. It was so nice to be able to park my car and have everything I need just a few steps away. Driving into Boston, Longwood, Cambridge, etc., is a quick and easy drive.

My husband and I have lived in many apartments throughout our lives and we agree that B&B is hands-down the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. We would absolutely recommend B&B to anyone looking for an apartment near Boston.

Blvd & Bond is a comfortable community for my family. The culture is well-rounded, animal friendly, with prompt response in maintenance and amazing staff. Free parking, easy access to local commerce and a variety of public transit options. It feels clean and safe. You can always see security officers within your view and crews picking up trash, clearing snow, etc. Open fields, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts, and a skate park are also located within the area.

Moved from Atlanta, GA to Boston, MA last year. This managed property has it all! The staff is great too, working with Rachel is the best! The apartment has great events, feels safe and takes care of all your maintenance needs within 24 hours.

I am new to the community and so far the BLVD & BOND team has been an immense help during my move from VA to MA. I had 1 day to tour apartments in MA and Liz went out of her way to show us around the property and inside the apartments. I was 100% sold on the wonderful amenities the complex offers and its amazing location. If you have any questions or concerns, you are in good hands with the leasing office team. Their team has been welcoming and quickly respond to my questions via email. I am excited about this new apartment and see what comes from this new adventure!

Sheila and Chantal are the best!! We are extremely grateful to move in these beautiful apartments. However what makes the apartment complex so special is the staff. Sheila and Chantal have been extremely friendly and helpful during our time here. They are experts at what they do and always have a big smile on their faces!

I've lived at Blvd & Bond since October 2021 and it's a great community. The maintenance staff replies to requests very quickly and the leasing office staff provides fun resident perks every month. The convenience of the retail offerings on-site is an added bonus!

You couldn’t ask for a better community! I’ve lived at Blvd & Bond for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. The amenities & shared spaces are modern, up-scale, and always clean. The leasing staff at Blvd & Bond is super helpful, kind, and will go above and beyond to make you feel settled in and at home—huge shout out to Rachel, Sheila, & Liz; you guys rock!! Maintenance is timely when needed, and parking is always available. Apartments are spacious with up-to-date everything, and the team makes move-ins a breeze. Happy to call this place home!

I love living at BLVD & Bond! Units have beautiful high end counter tops and appliances. So clean and well maintained. Quick response for repairs. The maintenance and cleaning staff are very pleasant. Office staff is amazing, Kate is very helpful! And Rachel is the best manager, she is always available, professional, and so kind.

Can't beat the convenience and the staff is wonderful. Having quick access to restaurants/entertainment/shopping/parks without the craziness of being in the middle of the city is pretty unique! Also, the free Watertown Connector shuttle is awesome for the commutes to/from work.

Blvd & Bond is an awesome new development in an up and coming town just outside of Boston. My apartment is lovely & spacious, with new amenities, the neighbors are great, and the management team are welcoming and great at what they do. And that's coming from me, who's always been incredibly skeptical of landlords and managers. It's only a 10 minute drive to Boston but with the space and serenity of a suburb. Could not recommend Blvd & Bond enough!

I absolutely love this apt complex! This is definitely the nicest place I’ve ever lived and I feel really grateful to have gotten a unit here. It’s very quiet despite being around multiple restaurants and stores and I don’t ever hear my neighbors through the walls. Everything you could need/want is two steps out the front door and there are more businesses moving in soon. I love that there is garage parking too! No more cleaning my car off in the wintertime. The unit itself is very modern and everything is brand new. The amenity spaces are gorgeous and there’s even a mini arcade! The gym is all brand new equipment and the Skydeck is gorgeous. And they are pet friendly. There is nothing I dislike about this place!

My wife and I have been tenants at Boulevard and Bond for nearly a year. Our experience living in an apartment at Blvd & Bond has exceeded our expectations. It is a very well-managed apartment complex that is well designed and well constructed. Our apartment is light and airy because of the very large floor to ceiling windows that are installed. The kitchen has the latest appliances, and unlike most apartments, has more than enough cabinet space. The bathroom, like the kitchen, is well designed and high quality. The color scheme in the apartment is very nice, with flooring, tiling, countertops, and walls all well coordinated and pleasing to live with. of course, all of this good construction and design would not be worth much without good management. We have been very impressed with the management at Blvd & Bond. The person with whom we have had the most contact is Rachel Porten. She is always responsive and helpful. She is a true professional, and she represents Blvd & Bond in the most positive way. We have talked with other tenants about Rachel, and all agree that she is top notch. The location of Blvd & Bond is excellent with many shops and restaurants within a five minute walk. And the parking garage under the buildings could not be more convenient.
