He was kind and thoughtful.  He listened to what we were looking for and what was important to us.  The whole process was super efficient and smooth.   He kept us up to speed by phone calls and texts as to when all the paperwork was done and when the car would be ready for pick up.  This was likely our best car purchase experience!

He walked me through several available options and even followed up with me days later to make sure I was equipped with everything I needed to make an informed decision on a purchase in the near future. The thought of buying a car is one that I don't much enjoy. I suppose everyone feels the same, as it's probably one of your biggest purchases, and it can feel like you're making lots of expensive decisions even after you've decided on a car. It's exhausting.

We recently purchased a vehicle at Woburn Toyota with the aid of Maged Faltes, our sales consultant. It was great. We already had in mind what we wanted and wished to move fast. He quoted us a reasonable price - but then honored a day old screenshot to provide an additional discount. Once we got the purchase process complete (very fast), he kept us up to speed with the registration, titling, etc, and got us in our new vehicle a few days later (Thursday test drive --> Monday drove home). Would have been even faster were it not for the weekend and our desire for new plates. Easily our best car purchase experience!!

I had a great experience at Woburn Toyota. I worked primarily with Peter. He was very patient with me as were the managers Malcolm and Rich (I couldn't make up my mind!). I honestly felt I got the best deal out there and I didn't feel pressured at all. There were plenty of colors/options available for the vehicle I wanted. JC made the financing process very easy. The facility is beautiful and very clean. My experience was very good!

My husband and I came to Albrecht looking for a GMC Denali. We were met by a salesperson named Jack A. He was so knowledgeable about the truck. He answered all our questions regarding the 1500 and 2500. He went over features of both trucks. We ended up purchasing the 2500 because it met more of our needs. Jack was so great we recommended a family member to him. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be a repeat customer.
